Yes I totally agree. I stopped watching because the negative drama was just to much. I get that families are complicated and weddings are stressful, but it's nice to see a positive vibe rather than a negative one.

I like to watch Say Yes to the Dress and there are some beautiful white wedding dresses. Im not Indian either, but when i see these Indian gowns i just go crazy- they are SO beautiful & the array of colors and embroidery are stunning. I get more enthused over these !

How do they get the dresses to fit so perfectly? This bride isn't thin so how did the top fit? In American wedding dress shows they have to use clamps to fit the dresses on the bride. How do these dresses fit no matter the bride's size?

A lot of desi people spend money that they don’t have or waste money to show off their extravagance at weddings. It’s very shallow. You can find beautiful gowns at a reasonable budget.

I kkow à lot of Asians out take loans just for weddings. My brother wife bestfriend took out a loan each, her wedding dress was 2K£ but I think overall they spent 40K£ and now in debt. Neither are working and have a baby.
I could never these dresses are beautiful but I would much rather use the money for a house for my family

Cha looked like a Disney Princess in all the outfits she tried on. I especially loved her in the second outfit but she looked beautiful in all of them. All 3 ladies have such amazing personalities, they were a joy to watch.
A very well edited program. As an American I have been well educated about the culture. Understandably this is a fashion program it is more a documentary program as well. The sibling relationship is heart warming; their explanations to the clients n viewers are educational and reflective of their love l and respect for their country and culture. As a non Asian, I have learned the family values and how important these values are carried forward with each generation. The blending of east and west, traditional and modern is an education for all people. Many viewers commented on the extravagance of the weddings. This is true in all cultures. Families have the opportunity to accept the debt that may occur; other families may chose to remain in a realistic debt free affair. Life is full of choices. Some choices are difficult and create discord. With choices come consequences known and unknown. It is the basic foundation of love and respect for each other that make a learning and loving experience for all, regardless of culture. Shia and her brother do their very best to give all clients a warm, welcoming, loving start to new lives. I would like to see some creative educators require viewing of this series as part of their curriculum. As a retired College Dean of Students I can visualize how easily this can be done. A joyful future for you and all clients both those that purchase and those that do not. Thank you.
The artisans who create these dresses are AMAZING! I truly like these more than American wedding dresses.

Huge advantage to separate skirts and tops. Because most of the clothes are only four or five styles, they can keep more sizes in. The skirt actually had an elastic waist- much easier to fit!

The blouse is actually not a perfect fit. The sleeves need some taking in. The skirt has an elastic so its a much easier fit
Cha is much like my genetic Virginia aunties. She gets her adopted niece completely -- "We'll be on our way back to Richmond, and she'll *still* have it on." Cha is the embodiment of the contemporary Southern lady. I'll bet she can swear eloquently when necessary, too. Edit: I'd like to emend what I said before. All three of those women from Richmond are Southern ladies. When the bride -- *the bride* -- says, "Sorry, we're paying attention now," you know you have a lady who doesn't have to hog the spotlight. They're all three just delightful.

Much much better than previous ones! The lighting is better, Shia’s personality, the outfits etc and it feels less scripted.

This is my favourite episode so far. I am not Indian but I love watching all the episodes. The fabrics, the designs, the embroideries ohhh it’s so wonderful. That third outfit, the teal gown, I want one too ❤️
I liked how they went into detail discussing the fabric and embroidery changes that go into designing a custom dress. I thought that was interesting compared to the typical yes/no format to dresses that they said in prior seasons.
I love that we get to see the pieces a little better this season theyre beautiful! I can't help but feel having the brides pick at the end of the episode would tie the whole thing off perfectly

I would have liked to see a little bit extra at the end about the custom gown for the sister - maybe a few slides of the sketches and a photo of the dress by itself. It's kind of hard to see it in the wedding photos at the end, but it's gorgeous!

I am so glad I stumbled onto this channel one night in the middle of crazy covid days, to relax and listen to the calming theme song and just appreciate some happiness in this insane world. Love this show. I am going thru reruns tonight looking forward to season 4!

I recently started watching episodes of ND on YT. I am based in the UK. It is wonderful to be able to appreciate different wedding cultures and fashion tastes. This particular episode was a complete delight with no divas in sight (male or female!). Just three beautiful, wonderfully supportive ladies choosing outfits which complimented each other perfectly. The consultant (Shia?) is charming and very knowledgeable. 💗 👏👏👏

Best episode yet!! I'm so happy that Season Three is here. I couldn't get over how perfectly Cha's anarkali fit her and the way the colour complemented her complexion. I also love how Shia makes the perfect suggestions when she's designing a custom gown. Hema's gown turned out exquisite.

YT recommended this channel and video and I decided to watch this episode. I like the production value on this program and Nazrana is getting a great return on its marketing budget with a stunning social media presence.
I kept wanting "Aunt Cha" to try on the first gown they showed the sister (two tone, navy blue on top and tan on bottom). I kept saying "I hope Cha picks the navy gown for herself....then they showed her in a stunning to piece "lenga" (unsure of spelling) in black and gold and that was also stunning. Finally, they showed Cha's choice of a stunning green and gold "anarkali" (unsure of spelling). The whole family picked a stunning setup -- great taste.
How lovely all these ladies looked.The bride was so adorable not wanting to remove her gown. What a wonderful wedding they had. So happy Nazranaa DIaries is posting here. thank you

Definitely very nice to have women come in and know exactly what they want and to be decisive however part of the credit also goes to the owner for being a great listener and knowing her stock and being able to pick out great examples to show them so that they are instantly satisfied and able to pick a selection within moments that make him happy.. I love it that’s a shop makes custom design request, as they did for the sister on her skirt with a change in the embroidery at the base of the skirt and also the bling and embroidery on the FINAL SKIRTFor the bridal party.
