Oh man I just had your creamy coleslaw recipe and by far it was the best coleslaw I’ve ever had! The only thing different I did was add 1 tsp of pickle juice so 3 tsp vinegar and 1 pickle juice. My husband loved it too. Thank you 🙏 ❤🇨🇦

This sounds so good! I hate it when I make coleslaw and I like it the first day and then after that, it gets all watery and soggy. I don’t know why I never thought of doing it like this before but I’m so glad YOU did. 😃
I'm beginning to think we're related somehow & just didn't know=) This is exactly how I make my coleslaw dressing, & I also keep it in a pint jar for the same reason! How crazy is that~ I went through the same process, trying out amounts of ingredients until I got it just right. Danny's a huge coleslaw fan also, so I was motivated. *Once in a while- usually if having w/chicken for some reason- I'll get fancy & add in toasted almonds or pecans, & some dried cranberries, then top w/green onion & some black pepper. My go-to however is exactly how you make it, & it is excellent. I think people are going to be happy you shared this~ great post! God bless you too Paula🎚🙌

Love the idea of storing it in a bottle to pull out and use only when you want slaw. I’ve made other keto slaws and wasted so much cabbage or the sauce went bad before I got the chance to eat it. I will certainly be trying this. Will let you know how it goes. 😘❤️
I have watched two of your videos...the one where you tell where you and your husband met was cute. I love coleslaw and we eat it often. However, some of the normal ingredients of coleslaw are not good. For instance, mayo is made using seed oils (canola, corn, veggie, etc. and I have eliminated them from our diet as they are terrible for humans. What kind of mayo do you use? I have tried mayo made by Primal but don't like the taste. We have a Wegman's one that is actuallly not too bad, but I have decided that since it is easy to make, I am going to start making my own mayo. I also don't like any of the sweeteners on the market...they have a chemical after taste to me. So, as much as possible, I leave sugar/sweeteners out of our food.

Mayonnaise is not keto! !!!! The whole point of doing keto is to improve your health. Seed oil and soy oils destroy your health. Olive oil Mayonnaise is very heavy. It will taste funny. The light-tasting olive oil is mixed with seed oils. Avocado also tastes bad. I just thought you might have a viable keto mayonnaise. You can find people on the web who make viable dressings or a spreadable butter mayo both keto and "healthy".

Its very similar to one that a friend of mine used to make back in the 1970s only of course she used white sugar.

Yes! It’s only two of us so no need to make a bunch. It lasts for a couple weeks in the refrigerator

The Mayo I use is 0 carbs so the only carbs would be in the cabbage mix
