I am a super Zero fan and when i see the Zero 5th job skill is the top 1 on this list.... I was like, GG~ Zero is going to get nerfed again....(Crying)
You missed the fact that it says zero can not die whilst using limit break. They're fucking invincible for up to 70 seconds and can attack all they want. Wow.
My favorites are 1. Buccaneer - Wow they brought back Transform and made it look way more badass with all the new teleporting shit (or is that already there?). I was glad they removed it because you never saw your actual maple avatar but now it's only on like 30-50% of the time during end game. Looks fantastic! 2. Paladin - Weeeeeeeee now I can share my badass Paladin buffs to cover allies like I've always wanted! Also the Final Damage buff sounds really over powered lol probably should nerf that if it's as crazy as it sounds. 3. Zero - I love my zero so much. That skill is what I've wanted for the class, though I think they could change things up and polish it a little more. It looks like the speed debuff has a slow ass delay and tick time, and I really think they should've started to make the monsters start to go black & white to really set the tone for slowing time. Lastly I think they should've slowed their fall speed as well because that makes no sense. Just slapping a half-ass 10 year old slow mob debuff doesn't cut it at this point in the game. A little more polish please.
The luminous's skill is Door Of Truth, which summons a massive door that supposedly deals 225% dmg. Not the most original thing nexon has install for other Lumis but I still have other classes that I can switch and main.
the Mercedes elemental ghost summons 1 shadowed partner at 90%, 2nd shadow partner at 70% 3rd shadow partner at 50%. up to 3 shadow partners can be around. works on all skills. Ishtar ring shadow partner deals at 45% dmg while other attacks does at 90% dmg of the original
Mercedes' 5th job skill has been buffed! It now additionally has 45% chance to activate Ishtar Ring. Also now has a spirit aid in attacking every 10 sec, dealing 1200% 8 times to 10 enemies and apparently that spirit activation cooldown reduce by 1 sec every time you link, so I think it'll be activate faster :|
Cool fact that the skills that are less flashy are the best ones, Battle Mage/ Mercedes, okay mercedes is kinda meh, but still good, Battle Mage is a monster, if you read the description you will see that the reaper will proc everytime, it will do 500% x12 time for a long time, and buccaner is also cool.
REMINDER! The recent Inven interview with the director of 5th job says THERE WILL BE MORE 5TH JOB SKILLS. Regarding your question, my favorite is going to be the Angelic buster's Energy Burst, IT'S SO POWERFUL, it starts off at 8 lines of 900%, but you can charge it by DPSing for a final damage of 8 lines of 2700%!!!! THAT'S A 21600% DAMAGE SKILL EVERY 90 SECONDS!!!! And it also gives you 10 seconds of invincibility after it detonates!

Hey Sorrowful notice something really quick. All skills have a level cap of 50, and since 5th job is unlocked at level 200, that means a skill wont be maxed until level 250. Sorry to tell you this bud, but your #1 favorite skill probably wont last over 30 seconds.
Mihiles 5th job skill blocks 84% damage (4% more with character card skill).. this includes max hp% attacks But might not be strong atm since all the bosses right now just get rushed down :/

What is Blade Storm? I have a level 142 Dual Blade on Reboot and I don't have that skill. I have hyper skill buffs for Bloody Storm but I don't see anything regarding Blade Storm.
Blade storm is a upcoming 5th job skill so u wouldnt see it yet. You would need to hit level 200 and complete the quests necessary to obtain the skill and u also need to wait for the update to reach ur respective server

finally assaulter is back. you can dominate maneuverability with that skill and save bad landings with it. that was the one skill I really hated was gone more so than BoT
Yea I miss assaulter to this day, but unfortunately this skill isn't going to work the exact same way and you can only use it 3 times I believe before it's put on Cooldown (the cooldown starts ticking after the first use I believe but you have 3 charges) :(
Dude the shadower's 5th job skills ig GOD awful. long cooldown,3lines per attack,no buff at all just raw damage. I seriously feel bad for all shadowers out there LOL.

I played Maple Story during a time (~10 years ago) when Dragon Knights were the bomb, 21 Atk Gloves were godly and Steelys were still fairly rare. Then 4th Job came out and DKs got the short end of the stick. The damage output back then was reasonable. Now a days, you have all this exaggerated over the top garbage damage. Man, I miss the simpler times of Maple story. In my opinion, the game took a turn for the worst.
awe_house Yeah, I was. It was so good until 4th job when Dark Knights came out. Then as Maple Story was dying, I scrolled a godly snowboard (+5 30% Polearms was considered amazing back then way before what people call "pre big bang")and became a dual user for a bit before I quit.
The only thing enjoyable about the old one was that you got major respect from all the players if you were at the 3rd job because it was just an insane amount of work. Especially back then, because at the time from what I remember, there weren't that many 3rd job players out there due to the grind. I played the bowman as I liked the Ranger class back then and then put the game down for 8 years after getting to lvl 39. It took me 4 months of off and on play to make it to 39 with the bowman class. It was hard. It wasn't just tedious hard, it was hard as in the enemies could kill you really quickly if you weren't careful and back then you could lose like 4 hrs worth of grinding in a mere second if something glitched up. Which every now and then, it would. On top of that, MP heavy skills like the Bowmans skills at the time (from what I can remember) for 2nd job were very costly and could never one shot enemies at it's lvl. I practically went broke keeping my character supplied with MP pots and HP pots. Anyway, Maplestory back then was THE DARK SOULS of the early 2000s. It was absolutely unforgivable if you messed up. I quit for that reason. I had a life, a job, and school to go to, so it didn't make since to pour all my time into a game just to say I did it. However now, I can lvl a character to 100 in a few days. Is that insane, yes. But it is enjoyable. And because it's enjoyable and fun, I play it again. Funny story though, first time I played Dark Souls, my friend asked me how I could be so calm and patient with it? So, I told him, I played the first version of Maplestory when it came out. He gave me a very confused look. hahaha Anyway, I like it much better now.

yes it's sarcasm. the new nw skill travels way too slow to speed up mobbing in any way possible.

It's pretty easy to look up the combinations and no you don't get banned, you just don't have access to that particular map you're trying to get into.
The F/P 5th job skill doesn't impress me. Ever since RED it felt like there was too much emphasis on the fire and not enough on poison.

Splash Attack just play on private servers, mapleroyals is a good one with no pay to win aspect and it's v62. 1500+ people on everyday
