I appreciate showing the good, the bad, and the ugly side of sporty racing. Lots of people on social media try to maintain their 'best' image rather than a real one
It doesn't matter what country, what bike (maybe excepting scooters), or what era. A biker is a part of a family once he gets onto two wheels, and will remain so for life. It is something wonderful to be a biker. There was a welcome blasty from the past for me at 8:53, an RD250 from my era, learnt to ride on one and ended up with the later RD400 before going to four strokes, Honda VF400 and eventually a Suzuki GS1000S, but the seventies and eighties two-strokes still do it for me.
Was an R6 but absolutely spot on lol. Everything was novice-like except he did get his sparks and knee down, lol! All the best though, sure he had fun out there which is the only thing that matters.
You may think yourself fast. Very fast even. But there's always gonna be that one middle-aged biker in a worn leather suit riding a 2003 GSX-R 1000 much, much faster than you will ever dare.
When a dude is fast and old watch out. He’s old for a reason: he’s good. You can crash out cars and keep going as long as you have deep pockets. You get a lot fewer opportunities for failure on 2 wheels.
I think it’s absolutely awesome that this can still be done given all of the Karens in the world who want to stop it. Life itself is a gamble. Tomorrow is not guaranteed. Live life to the fullest while you can.
@kevinkato2339 but if you put your body outside the bike, you will move the mass centre to the side that your are hanging on, which results in the possibility of less learning the bike but the same speed corner, and this implies a margin of security or even go faster
Good range of bikes and rider’s ability, and nice to see so many armchair professionals commenting instead of showing people how fantastic they think they are
Car and bike advocate here. A handful of great riders in the video but generally the riding is not good, which is the case for riding and driving in general and on public roads everywhere. I think the issue is low piloting skill whether you're in a car or on a bike - I would hazard a guess that experienced drivers and riders get tangled up with each other much less often, they know how & when to give space, yield, back off, overtake. But if you deny any group from participating you're also denying them the opportunity to develop their skills. Not an easy issue to solve.
Bonjour super vidéo 😊 j'espère que la traduction sera bien😊 quelle est la meilleure période de l'année pour venir en moto et ne pas avoir la pluie ? svp
No absorbtion or run offs for bikers is the scariest thing about the nurburgring. I wish they would adapt the track as much as possible to help give bikers a chance in some of those corners. How it's set up right now it's guaranteed that the crash isn't what will kill a rider. It'll be the guardrail.
@GaijinGamerGirl I know, but if the car is faster wich we can see that (on every corner), just let him pass, pride over rules not good. He would probably stick with him anyways but not in front
