The legion go is amazing for the prize it is selling! 8.8 inch 16:10 screen, not OLED but still vibrant colors. But what’s best is the Switch style kick stand, and detachable controllers with trackpad. The dual USB C with USB 4 makes it compatible with my egpu. Lenovo did so much right on their first try, almost like the Steamdeck did.
I use the stand a bit and it would with the FPS (first person shooter) mode, the puck and the switch turns the right controller into a mouse, and maps keyboard buttons on the left controller. The dial is a scroll wheel. It would be very beneficial to get the adapter you are developing to be used with the stand or make a detachable stand. I love my Legion Go and the only thing I don't like is that Gyro support via Legion Space software is crummy.
2022 to 2024, the Steam Deck, Lenovo Legion Go, and Rog Ally X are amazing PC handheld I own. 2025, I will buy the Ayn Odin 2 Portal 1tb, Steam Deck Oled 1tb, and Lenovo Legion Go 2.
2025 is going to be the year of the OLED! With Taki Udon making upgrade kits for the Switch, all these handhelds converting to OLED displays (Anbernic did it first), and the DNA Duo allowing for dual screen emulation on devices you love playing emulation on, we might see a cool year to come!!!
I use the stand daily and would love to be able to swap the duo from the Steamdeck to the Legion go. JSaux designed nice attachments points into their Steamdeck case that may be useful here. Skull and Co also have a great grip that works with the switch Oled kickstand. Maybe a grip like that can hold the duo.
I haven’t used the FPS mode on mine. The plastic dome base and the right controller connect to turn into a vertical mouse. That’s why the scroll wheel and rear buttons are located in strange positions.
The Ally X will have a review when I'm ready, it won't be like the Legion Go though because the Legion Go to me is one of the devices I never thought I'd buy. Hopefully the 50 or so gamers that asked about the DNA Duo actually want the DNA Duo for the Go however.
Hi remember me I was here from 5k subs I was ThePVPFox and I just wanted to check your channel again wow 30k subs is a lot anyway I recently got back to retro gaming and am looking for a cheap but strong android handheld think you can help. Also max 100 usd plus shipping
When Motorola broke up into several companies Google ended up with their phone division. They pillaged it for patents and punted it off to Lenovo. So, the last Lenovo I owned was a Motorola G7 Power. Great phone, especially for 2018. Unfortunately the battery swole like a goiter after only three years. My Dad had the same phone (I'm technical support for my parents and it makes life easier if they have the same phone I have) and his also swole up. Meanwhile, I've got old LGs, Galaxies, and a pre-Lenovo Moto E laying around from the Obama administration that have no swelling at all. It's a cheap and simple fix; but, I used it as an excuse to go back to Samsung. Haha.

And portrait what more convenient value could you ask for 😂.
The legion go replaced my laptop its a gaming laptop in a switch form

"I'm going to try to design a custom adapter for the Legion Go" - I just screamed! Take my money! NOW!
It's designed just need to setup everything on the Go this weekend and hopefully release the video by Monday/Tuesday 😁

I thought about getting this... my problem is the size. The Wii U gamepad is already big enough. lol

I do use the stand a lot. Do you think the adapter itself (to hold the DNA Duo) could get a kickstand adapter somehow?
A cool idea would be to use the Mechanism universal attachment which could be stuck on the back of the DNA Duo adapter.
I am excited to learn more about the upcoming Legion Go S 🍻🤘🏼🔥
This was a chaotic opening. Good video!
Ha that's just how raw openings are and I think this is how they should be.
Will you do the same review for the Ally X?

@@DNAMobileGaming are you saying that the DNA duo is not that popular? 😭
I don't know how you got that out of what I said, as I stated many people requested the DNA Duo for the Legion Go so it must be pretty popular lol.
@@DNAMobileGaming oh sorry. Lol I misread your comment.

The right joy Con is a mouse Mr dneh
@curtisjohnson1234 I know this now 😆 I figured the pad was a track pad but the scroll wheel I didn't understand at first.

The Legion Go is a killer device but so are the fans and bad speakers
I don’t mind the fan, but I do wish it had better/front facing speakers.
nice!
OMG BEEFY SWITCH
Face reveal at 00:19 😂
How is this a first look? The legion go has been on the market for a year.
Well if you watch the video you'd know I've never owned this device ever so it's a first look for me derp.
@@DNAMobileGaming it's a pretty misleading title tbh, I clicked on this video specifically to see if a new device dropped
What's misleading about it? It's my first look at the Legion Go sorry you felt that way but nothing about this is misleading at all.
