That was T-34-85(for having a 85 mm gun), those were an upgraded version of the t-34(originally used a 76mm gun) . it was probalby the best tank developed during the 2nd world war. Its total combination of armour, mobility, and weapon was so much effective, that not only successful in defeating the Tiger ii tank but also they were continued to use for more than a decade after the 2nd world war. they were used in the Korean wars too.
