Weeell, not really, in the "radio" sound file another sample is used called something like "oolalooyla", which was also created in 2000's by the authors of this sample, so it has no relation to HL2, thus these phrases are just peoples imagination :)

Imagine yourself waking up at 2am and everyone is disappeared. Then your radio just starts to play this very loud. Then you try to go outside but your doors are locked.
True, it did have some interesting elements. But, as I like to believe the saying:"Whatever happens, happens for the good" (it's kind of true in most cases :P). So, maybe, it was for the best that we got what we got. Although, I do have this dubious feeling inside that I do like 70% serious 30 % funny mood of HL2 and EPs + Alyx, but at the same time, would definitely like the depressive and totalitarian mood of beta. The grey/yellow skyboxes of Beta are so picturesque. Also, the wasteland / Air exchange levels seem interesting. Sadly, there are no people recreating the Beta, like Boreal Alyph / PB used to Epistle 3.... It's this bitter feeling that is so hard to describe that you know you could've gotten something amazing but you never did and probably never will. I had this feeling with (weird example btw :P ) early concept of Zootopia. It was so cool. The noir mood, darker lore, even blood with murders with guns. It would've been a breath of fresh air from a Disney, but obviously, it would have to have much higher age restriction plus kids wouldn't be interested in it and the result product wouldn't make Disney as much munny as it did. Oh, in addition, Boreal Alyph, also, was looking really promising but it got closed O7....
To be honest, I don't really want to. Mostly because it will become so annoying to listen to after about 20+ minutes. When I firstly encountered this tune, I couldn't stop listening as because of all this enthusiasm of returning back to your favourite series, but when I was working with it to make this version, I spent about 20 minutes and now I'm so used to it that I don't really want to listen to it XD. That was the main reason I stayed with around 5 minutes. And that's why I never understood 10+ hours of music. It can be forgiven for ambient sounds such as water, rain, thunder, blizzard, etc. or some calm and peaceful music, where the pattern is smoothly transits in a loop, in this case, the pattern is not so smooth and contains a lot of "elements" such as trumpets, knocking noises which make it sound heavy and disturbing. If you want to listen to it without interrupting to replay it, you can use RUclips's Repeat function if you right click on the video). I used to make "Ambients" of Silent Hill: Origins Motel level soundtrack about 4 years ago and I made about 10 minutes of each version and 1 hour would make sense in this case (due to this smoothness I was talking about). But I lost the access to those files and I think there are already such ambients. So, yeah, I hope I could explain))) (In not so few words XD)
Well, I think sirenhead goes best with Chicago siren. This one doesn't really sound like an alarm. Its a spooky sound but not really matching the creature.
