I know you want bop bop to be healthy but I don't think dietary restrictions and supplementation is good for developing children, I think this is contributing to the issue with his teeth. Feed him normally and when his bones and teeth are fully developed you can introduce him to more "healthy" eating. Give him regular porridge
That Afro looks a million times better than those wigs.
Rochelle girl you are in Ghana there are sooo many natural and medicinal foods available to you, stop eating all of the processed foods you're eating especially since you're still breastfeeding.
For bopbop you need to feed him some real african food, he's an African baby not a Canadian baby. Go to a Ghanaian restaurant and get the baby some jallof rice and stew, knotimire stew, okro stew, ayoyo stew, fufu, banku...let him try those foods and see how he does. Also porridge...tom brown porridge, hausa koko porridge...ask some of the Mother's in the market what are some traditional foods they feed their babies. Fruits (pineapple, papaya, bananas, mangoes)
Lastly, if he's not pooping multiple times a day then he's constipated and when their constipated their food is not moving quickly so he wouldn't feel that hungry. You can also give him very warm water every now and then and warm teas (lemongrass, mint, hibiscus).
He’s more West Indian than African since his dad is half African and she’s full Jamaican. But yeah, these are some good tips. He needs more home cooked solid foods
@@RoseGolden0 nah that baby seed was planted, grown, and harvested on the Continent and he hasn't been anywhere else so for all intents and purposes he's an African baby lol.
Lord girl are you preaching
Lmao what?
@@jessiey412 lol what happened?
Pretty sure I watched the shoe repair part of this vlog in a previous vlog🤔
I noticed that to 🧐
Lol I thought I was going crazy checking over the date the vlog was posted lol
There are some parts of this vlog that was in a previous vlog. Watching it again of course just just a heads up
Yeah magnesium is very good for your body
What about dates for sweetening his porridge. Maybe blend it and add it 🤷🏾♀️
Rochelle... I am confused...
You speak about your weight and your concerns about in relation to your general wellbeing...
Yet you're eating these rich in sugar processed desserts!!!
You know your son’s are you twins 😍so handsomes
Smashed banana or sautéed cinnamon apples to sweeten the porridge queen😊 Blessings ✨
Girl I know how it is to be dieting to not diet 😂 but I remember when you went for the competition and you lost so much weight for that in Canada. I know you can do whatever you set your mind to once you hit 30’s it’s just harder man
Rochelle. I’m all in your business. Still, know that there is more concern with expired meds and supplements than reduced potency. There’s also toxicity. Js because I care.
One thing about Rochelle. She going to tell us she going on a diet and needs to eat more healthily but still eats unhealthy 😂😂😂😂😂 btw! I worked with infants. The tooth can be from he must have chipped it while teething however I would take him to the dentist.
LMAO😂😂😂😂😂😂
😂😂😂😂
Maybe try mixing sweet fruit, like banana or boiled apple in with bop bop's porridge to sweeten it rather than using pure sugar.
Thanks for your sharing! Big part 13x6 lace frontal and flexible styling~
Code: RE15
Your Afro is beautiful! P.s please wear seatbelts
Your body need salt to balance out the fluid try switching to Himalayan salt it has minerals in it. I dont remember what salt i see you cook with. Why not make bop bop cornmeal porridge and sweetened it with coconut milk/water or oatmeal porridge
Try to reduce fruits for now and teach hem how to eat vegetables. There are also ‘sweet’ vegetables like pumpkin and carrot. Try pumkin, pasta and some meat. Carrot, rice and fish. Brocolli mais and chicken. Tomatoes zucchini and potato. Sweet potato, quinoa and minced meat. Dont give hem sugar or salt yet!! Its not good for babies. Just keep insisting. And when you make something try offering it 2/3 days in a row before giving something else. Dont worry if he doesnt it, just dont offer anything else. Food before 1 is just for fun. He wont starve himself, he drinks breastmilk.
Its Not so much the eating... its more what you are Eating has No Nutritional value so the body is still deficient of Nutrients it requires!!!
You are addicted to the sugars, salts and processed foods... You need to make the Changes of what you are consuming!!!
Dear Rochelle, Just to put your mind at ease, my son went through that phase like Bopbop, if was very concerning, but what the doctors stated was that the more upright he became it would eventually fade away and it did. He will be fine...❤
You are not eating balanced meals or nutritious meals so the meals you eat are not satisfying your appetite. Hence the reason you are eating more often than you would like. Your metabolism is not the same as it was when you were younger, your hormones are still balancing off from the breastfeeding and pregnancy. You don't need a detox. You need to eat balanced & nutritious meals.
Hi Rochelle, love your vlogs. Have you considered getting a car seat for Bopbop? The roads in Accra are full of potholes and the way his little head is constantly swinging in the uber is quite upsetting to watch.
You are so beautiful. Please don't wear a wig
I agree, she doesn’t need a wig , she’s naturally beautiful.
So wait wigs are for people who don't have natural beauty?
@@GemGem12her job is to wear wigs?
@royalgem100 of course I understood what you meant, but the original commentor was drawing attention to her natural beauty that doesn't require any added fakeness, especially not of all things European hair/Eurocentrism which collectively, "moving back home to Africa" is us celebrating our roots and originality, including our natural kinky hair and locs. But please, before you come for me, she's a grown woman, she can do whatever the heck she wants.
@@GemGem12 got you 🤗
Maybe start over with the foods. Plain foods may be better. He might now like all the flavors yet. Start with fortified rice cereals, mash potatoes , plain vegetable
Salt isn’t that bad for you , it’s important when it comes to highly processed food but a little table salt won’t hurt you , in some cases may be beneficial for health . Also love your videos , wanting to move to Africa and I think your insight and sharing experiences is a great thing .
I second the comment about the “tooth germination” (possible) diagnosis for the baby. Although the cause is not completely known, it is suspected to be attributed to nutrient deficiencies in children. Overall it appears to be harmless but a dentist can confirm 😊
Girl get your life in order. You are all over the place. children under 2 don't need any vitamins unless indicated by a pediatrician
Id skip the salt theory and cut out wheat. No more bloat, arthritic symptoms or water retention.
Agreed the body needs a specific electrolyte balance to function properly.
Eat fruits for 3 days to detox
What kind of fruit would you recommend and only fruit?? How about a salad as well.
@takemeasIam520 look up mono fruits fast. I usually detox with watermelon, papaya, honeydew, and canteloupe. You incorporate salads after the 3 days
I live in Jamaica and when the light goes I cannot sleep everyone else in my house is fine but as the electricity goes I’m up until it comes back I can’t take the heat and I need the noise from the fan to sleep lol
You can sweeten his porridge with mashed banana
Once infants have sweets it hard to get them to go back to other food
Rochelle, try reducing the amount of salt you put on your food ❤ 16:41
The teeth are likely “mamelon teeth.” I’m not pediatric dentist just sharing my opinion. The child should grow out of the teeth shape with wear down from chewing food. Not usually a worry. However, it is best to get an opinion from a licensed dentist.
Try Celtic Salt, Himalayan Salts or Sea Salts for your Healthy Salt Intake!
Bless queen, try garlic or garlic powder to get your salt fix. That’s my go to and it helps ✨
I live in St.Lucia, and girl I can't sleep without Fan. It's been so damn hot lately, even the cold water from the pipe comes out hot.
Oh gosh, I couldn’t imagine 😮
Same here in Trinidad and Tobago. I literally sweat in the night 😢
😘😘I hope Bopbop's issue gets resolved. Also, what were the outcome of your shoes?? Were they ready "one hour"?😁
Start him with rice pudding made by you don’t buy the one in the shop
Whose baby is that?
Regarding the SALT intake situation
All the IUM minerals are SALTS
Magnesium, Calcium, potassium, selenium etc
These are the SALTS your body LIVES on
So Yes Absolutely get Magnesium
Try to find the 12 Cell Salts and take Those
They usually come in dissolving tablets you stick under your tongue.
Awwww, poor Bop Bop, he is probably teething!
Whaa Gwaan Gyal😃
Citrate of Mag, I took this weekend. No tummy ache.
Hi Rochelle, you know how you're moving to Nigeria, I was wondering how conversant you are with the language barrier? 😮😮🎉🎉❤❤❤❤❤
Bop bop has something called Tooth fusion . I'm a Dental Nurse, nothing to worry about.
Africa countries are still developing in some ways. It’s getting there quickly.
So there are no car seats in Ghana?
It made me nervous seeing that...esp w the baby in the middle🥺
It's easy to get a car seat in Ghana. I don't know why she's not using one for the child.
@@nenemens It's so dangerous. This might be the reason why he was throwing up. Infants experience motion sickness too
There in Nigeria not Ghana
@@fugeesazaro7535 they've not moved to Nigeria yet. This video is in Ghana.
I remember in your earlier vlogs when you were visiting the Dentist you mention your front teeth having jagged-edges... and was contemplating getting them filed to smoothen them...
It may be a condition or some mineral deficiency that manifests in the teeth as a symptom... ask your parents if this condition presented itself with you or siblings as a young child!
Hi Rochelle using artificial sweeteners is not good for toddlers under the age of one your child systems are still developing It cannot handle processing things of that nature some dietitians may say you can use agave sparingly but I would not advise that either although every child is different not doing it at all would be the safest thing If you want to use something to sweeten up your child's food try using things like banana or applesauce fruits with natural sugars Hope this helps
Do water half day fast...strss can increase appetite.
Salt is an electrolyte the only way you have. Problem with salt is when you don’t consume enough potassium. All the electrolytes work together including magnesium.
My mother used make me make spaghetti with sauce and seasoning then she blended it so my son eat we did that with porridge ,oatmeal ,rice ,and Apple sauce with little milk so can know what we put in his food she even put veggies with rice and he ate it without getting to big and he now he 28 years he better all my children
You have so many nice clothes you won’t be able to wear if you keep eating. Think about that. That’s what I do.
Are you allowed to drive in Ghana?
What about Tapioka + sliced mangos mixed in or in Joghurt.
Have you tried talking to his pediatrician and see what they say?
As for bopbop teeth let his doctor check also, those teeth will come out anyway because they are not permanent. Maple syrup would be a good sweerner or date sugar or date syrup.
Honey dew fruit he will love
Try Doctor Bobby Price detox…he is on RUclips.
I heard about that monk sugar when you get it let me know how it tastes do it tastes good in your in your stuff
When you senna pods you have to boil it with lemon so you don’t get the pain in your stomach I do this all the time
Rochelle: use Himalayan salt! The best no table salt
🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼❤️❤️❤️!!! ALWAYS!!!
Hey Rochelle since you moving out can I have the information for you rent place to get it .
My Normal Keto Allulose is an amazing tasting sugar replacement.
I’m here first 😎
Maybe the baby is developing motion sickness. My son started vomiting in the car the moment his car seat was switched to forward facing. Hopefully it isn’t bc it makes traveling with them a challenge.
Very possible
May I have the number to your shipping agent in Toronto please
Bop-Bop is getting cuter by the day.😊
Here second! 😊
What the plantain is ripe why do you need salt
Taxis must be cheap in Africa friend.
Give him vitamin seven sea Cod liver oil strength his bones and teeth and his appetite.
O wow! Greasy suggestion. Will look into it!
Idk if you purposely did that but I think the same clip from 19:34 was from the other vlog
I thought I was going crazy 😭
Lmaooo
let the child be vegan 😂
Agave, or dates
I am still confused how people enjoy watching someone else living their lives. kind of funny😒😒
Why are you here? Did you not enjoy watching? Are you confused about yourself enjoying watching someone else living their lives? Are you funny to yourself?
Why are you here? Lmaooo y’all people are so strange
@@fadikifuta❤
Maybe cook with pink salt or sea salt , because you need salt to be healthy cant live with out it , its electrolytes
@@fadikifuta why I am here? maybe is it because of the weather. Google that
Rochelle look up 'tooth germination'
Baby led weaning worked for my kids.
BopBop like he aint got time 😂😂😂😂
Date syrup
🖤💚🧡💛🤍
Rochelle you may be doing a little stress eating probably anxiety because your moving it will all smooth out don't be to hard on yourself.♥ Go a little at a time. Does Bopbop like porridge?
I’m sure the shoe bit was in a prev vlog lol but supporting either way
Uh oh! Lol 😅
@@RochelleOfficially lmbo 😂
It’s impossible to loose weight while you’re breastfeeding because of the hormones needed to maintain a supply. Try more purées for first foods. Sweet potatoes or yam is a great healthy, naturally sweetened option.
Don’t you take a change of clothes for the baby when he goes out?
Ground sea salt is good for you. Minerals
