We have purchased a Robotic Vacuum cleaner ILIFE A 11 Model in February 23-02-2023 at Rs. 28,900. The company said one year warranty. We complained that it's not working in March 2024. After that the service person took the mission for repair to Delhi on May 31st 2023 took 3 monts. They said Rs. 8500 for repair cost. We were shocked how come just after one year complete only the mission got failure. We said we can't pay that much. Then they offer you can purchase a new one selling this old mission. The old mission cost will consider Rs. 5000 only after that balance amount needs to be paid. As per my experience with this company, we felt very bad for their quality and high prices for repair. We strongly recommend not to buy ILIFE Robotic Vacuum cleaners. As they don't have values and ethics.
One Point I didn't get the answer. during vacuum and mopping at the same time. If robot goes on the carpet to clean it. As carpet only needs vaccum. How the robot will manage it.
