NOT ABLE TO USE VOICE CONTROL THROUGH GOOGLE ASSISTANT. Technician came and could not do it. He contacted and gave information that there is some software issue for this product to use google assistant voice control. Dont know when it will be solved.

Their technical support is poor, for even small query they will redirect to demo team and they will not assist you without schedule . After purchasing , I stuck up while mapping but no body could help. T me for 2 minutes . The number given by after sales was saying incomming calls are not allowed. Technical man in toll free number will just not listen and redirect to demo team. They need more training.

This defective product was despatched to your service centre on 23 May 2024. Received by so called qualified technician on 30 May 2024 who confirmed on 05 Jun 2024 for it to be repaired and functioning properly. However on 12 Jun 2024 when I used it , I realised it to be as defective and useless as it was on 13 May 2024. Now your team wants it to be picked up again for repair. Now tell me that what should I do for cleaning of the house for the period wef 13 May 2024 till another one month after spending Rs 31900 for this useless product and irresponsible team of customer care and technicians. LESSON LEARNT IN A HARDER WAY ILIFE PRODUCT IS USELESS AND NOT WORTH THE PRICE
