When you say vector. What is the type of file? I have design shop pro. Want to input files and pick out colors to appliqué.

Is there a way so send the outline to a cutter?

How do I add a stop after outline stitch?

This is done in OS. Just add a hold between color changes. The machine will stop and wait for you to press start.
