Very tasteless, very out of touch, very insulting

I actually converted the Chicken Marbella to pork also using pork shoulder. Roast the pork shoulder until almost tender first then add the remaining ingredients for the last 30 minutes of cook time. I also subbed in cut dried apricots and craisins for the prunes for less brown on brown color and because prunes look like.....well.....you know. The Marbella will live on as a classic. Thanks for spreading the word!!
I made this tonight and it's too good! Only thing is, I would only brown each side for 2-3 minutes each. Subbed the red wine vinegar with just red wine. Didn't have any parsley or white wine but the recipe still turned out amazing without it.
Thanks for the yummy idea for a Pork Tenderloin. This is a meat that is always going on sale and is a convenient cheaper meat. Have this in my meal plan for this week!

It's been a long, long time since I had a boss, and actually my direct boss was a good guy I'd totally hang out with any time. It was his boss that was super awkward to be around. These days I'm my own boss, so no second-hand anxiety for me.
