Given the injury rate in this sport, I'm surprised that the rosters aren't larger. Here we are grabbing guys off other PS, and they only have a week to learn the team's schemes. Since you know that you will go through 75+ players in a season anyway, why not keep these guys on hand so they at least know the playbook, the coaches, and their teammates? Make the rosters at least 60 players.

The conditioning is pretty much the same for every team. These guys are elite athletes and train hard
