As someone who works in Tech support + wants to move up. These are great. I will be joining the IT support, Python and Project management courses later on
any information please if you started
How did it go for you?
I know IT Support, not going there again, but a great way to get into the field. I'm moving into Project Mgt, which you can take you everywhere! I'm going to use it for my nonprofit. Sounds like this will be a great course!
hi
Are you going through Coursera - I believe $50 per month?
Thanks - Mark Maly
Muhammad ibn Musa al-Khwarizmi was a Persian mathematician, astronomer, astrologer geographer and a scholar in the House of Wisdom in Baghdad. Al-Khwarizmi developed the concept of the algorithm in mathematics, which is a reason for him being called the grandfather of computer science.

Perfectly Explained. Thank you!
I started in IT a few months ago. I just want to be more comfortable! Really hoping this helps with that!
Excellent course
Just signed up for this. I also am starting school in August. Not playing around here!
How’s going? Did you get a job with it?
@@abdiasisibrahim5903 no job. Life got in the way. My wife passed away last year and I’m barely hanging on trying to raise our son so this had to take a backseat.
How's life now?
At the moment ., calendar activities are base on CET time (European) but registration is only enabled to US residents. Furthermore., the proposal of these courses is really good taking on mind empower online networking and services.
Please, so outside US can’t register for it?
thank you for providing this immensely educative and informative course, Google & Coursera ❤ after following the lessons I don't feel so archaic and ancient like those cavemen who spent their days under the rocks from millennials ago ❤
What makes me wonder is how this significant course has less than 1M views in that long period of time.😮
hello you're right, and i'm also wondering where's the "supplemental reading"
Excellent
You're a brilliant teacher
Thank you Googlers!
Like having Will Smith describe it. Too cool.
Thank you .
Thank you for sharing your knowledge 🙏
beautifully explained.

hi! i'm a graduate of I.T and have some exp. so where should i begin in when starting for the certificate if ever? currently im working as a data analyst with GIS.
Application + Database + Network + Power
A little insight : Make sure you research the company and there requirements. Jump into getting certs / degree with realizing what they ask would be a waste of money on certs .
Step one Audit the course so you have access to the course materail in coursera
Step two Once your ready get the free trial that coursera provides
Step three Pass the test to get the coursera cert
Step four Profit
The idea that you can get a cert from a high profile org like google and show it to your employers is a good stepping stone to people who cant afford the Comptia certs and CCNA certs.
@@blenderowl6495 Not easy as u make it. If u don't have bachelor's degree with it. Especially places like NY
with this i can see how Steve Jobs did a different what a smart man!
I started this course 🎉
How is it going
Is free ?
where can i get the ICT support job remotely
uhm, Turing did not invent the Enigma machine, that box was actually what the Germans used, he was the one who worked on breaking the code
Imagine this is the best Tech Support guy they have, nobody even bothered double-checking the script. Safety and trust.
These kind of things are what we call information warfare , censoring the knowledge so that people knows what they really want you to know ,which is half cooked history facts .
Same way as in the end of the video this person while explaining the user importance uses She instead of He ,and trying to make it as normal
Information warfare is real

was it a windows 95 packard bell computer i tried to take that apart an emachine a old epson computer i think what brand was it
Tier 3 ....is, what it is!
Could someone give me some relieve and tell if they got an entry level job in IT? and who got a job with the other certificates? I don't really know what I should do with my life lol
how are you doing with it?
🤦🏻♂️
Has anyone started? What's it like? Were you engaged?
I have started data analytics course as I have experience in Computer science but anyone can do it I think. But if you have no prior experience with IT you can definitely go IT support course . Courses offered by Google are straight forward and easy to follow unlike other courses where theory is given more importance ,whereas in google it's more about practical aspect of knowledge
I want to update hardware..
Are there any more Good IT Support Certificate lesson on RUclips?

Did Alan Turing really help to DEVELOPE the Enigma machine? I thought he helped successfully decrypting messages, which were encrypted by the germans with the Enigma machine.
yes but not just that. i believe he writes the foundational concept of ai or ml that we use today. he has a book. there are many things that wasnt cocered in this video.
Is there a cost for this certificate?
No. It’s free.
Is this course free for me?
Are these videos the same videos that are in the Coursera Google IT Support Professional Certificate program?
It's not. This is just a breakdown of what the course covers.

If anyone watching this video are working in IT support in any Indian companies answer this question.
What is average salary getting in India?
Is it possible to get this job without degree in India?
Which is best for good career? (IT support or Software developer)
Hi Vishal , I work at Infosys India ,and believe me skilling by doing courses is really valued there. I don't know someone who has been hired based on Google or online certificates but if you build a strong portfolio I won't be surprised if any company hires you.
Any day I would value online course more than College course ,given its done from credible sources
And about salary it depends upon the level you are hired at varying from 3.5 LPA to 8.30 LPA (Entry level Infosys)

I do not think the change of keyboard to phone screen would work. I see so many error and misspellings even in news papers sites, and i can tell is the misspelling of a touch screen. I believe keyboard is the most efficient way and we should move on to solve other issues because the keyboard it was already figure out.
I dont understand, all these videos are not the full course ? i see almost 20h of content on this playlist, can you please explain ? because you said it needs 8 months to complete this course but i see 20h hours here that i can finish in 2 or 3 days

What do you do after you earn your certificate?
I'd look at the A+
You refresh your memory with everything with a little studying and go for the A+ CompTIA Exams, that means core one and core two
See what company require . I think that's the first thing people should do . Not all require certs only . People are not honest
OMG why mention qwerty if you didnt know why it's laid out that way? now that door will forever be opened in my mind ugh

being in my phone typing of dealing with spellings of suggestions all the time is very annoying. Instead when i am i the desk and feel the keyboard in my fingers i feel i have control back.
Is an i3 laptop enough to handle a course at University
Depends on what you're studying. For basic web browsing and office work, it should be ok. For anything more intense, like graphic design, coding, etc it may not work that well.
Don't b scared!
Is this google certification program free?

I learned plenty about networks, but I haven't heard from any employers after passing the google IT certificate program. Disappointed because I saw that jewish vocational services has a program for it that students learn and then get placed. I am over 60 years.
