Lawless sounds like she's recorded like the actress is 15 ft away from the mike or they recorded the audio then recorded again and again with a lower recorder.
This version of her is like taking that terrible Robyn Hood character from that show that got cancelled and throwing her into the DC multiverse. Plus she somehow looks older than her father. And before anyone says "it's another version of her so she could be older" that would her cringe AF personality considerably worse.

One thing that bothered me is why is Lawless even joining Task Force X.
King Shark reminds her that the only reason why any of them are staying is because Amanda Waller has the power in her hands to kill them all. Lawless is only staying because she “stole something from Brainiac”, and that’s it. I might be wrong on that but at least the two previous ones had some reason to stay, she got what she wanted so why is still wanting to join in.
On the bright side, the actual Justice League members (except Wonder Woman probably) are alive and coming back.
The only good thing that is coming out of all this.

No it really is. Their focus on live service shit was a shot in their own foot. Told all their biggest devs to go live service only to realize not every game is gonna be a Fortnite, so they scrapped half of it and now their biggest studios have nothing to show for the last 5 years. Naughty Dog may not even have a release on this generation as they're ALREADY thinking about PS6. The damage has already been done to this generation. And the amount of Triple A titles exclusive to PS5 is a joke compared to the titles they used to be putting out

Why do they ALWAYS try to make the black girls look as Unappealing as possible? Like Megan Thee Stallion is literally ebony Jessica Rabbit, but in entertainment like video games, they are the unlikable, insufferable loud, annoying and alphabet types. If we are in a timeline where ASIAN game developers do justice to representing hot, well written black women and male characters, we've officially lost the plot here.
I don't care if I'm called an "incel" or a "gooner", it won't stop me from speaking from speaking my mind, and Paramount knew this the moment that they fixed the live action character design for Sonic. Why? Because the fans spoke up, and Paramount delivered, and now a 3rd movie is coming out with SHADOW as the villain. Rocksteady (what's left of it) could learn a thing or a THOUSAND from that franchise.
I don't care too much on what they look like (Unless its Concord, holy fuck worst character design ever), I just hate how they write characters based on stereotypes.

This is why I can't be excited for any new Arkham projects Rocksteady has planned. When you remember that the game devs, writers, animators, etc are behind this atrocious excuse for a video game, I can't help but feel sadness because anyone who is still at rocksteady will never be able to live up the expectations we had before.
Rocksteady has forever tainted the arkham universe, one of the best adaptations of the character of batman...and gaming in general. I suppose I should be impressed to some level - like, you need to actually TRY to fuck up this hard. Keep up God's work Demigah.

They're definitely contractually obligated to finish the first 4 seasons. Someone in like, Australia or the EU would be able to bring them up on false advertising and mass refunds all around if they threw in the towel now. It's the reason why KTJL has been left with the skeleton crew to keep the lights on while the rest of Rocksteady has already been absorbed into WB Prime and sent to help on the Hogwarts Legacy Director's Cut. *_And FIRED those who couldn't be useful for either._*

I could see the slight potential in the game but they made a lot of bad decisions. Like a lot and they kept making them. It had to be a lot of yes men in the company because ain’t no way they thought this would fly. The extremely repetitive boss fights/missions, lame dlc characters, lack of cutscenes. Like it’s ridiculous. I could’ve come up with a better game than this 😅😂 the only thing I honestly enjoyed was the justice league character designs. I thought they could’ve made Wonder Woman a little sexier tho

at the time of me writing this, i currently have a Headache, and finding out that Black Deadshot has a Daughter is making it WORSE!
The self justification is what kills me ngl, not to mention that whole ass conversation about the characters getting injected with something they don’t understand…even though they didn’t have a choice? Why is the game ignoring that?
Imagine a suicide squad game that was played as an origin story for the creation of the squad, picture this, between the events of arkham knight and this game, waller pitches the idea of creating a team of expendable supervillains to do the jobs too dangerous for the more vaulable and honest soldiers in the military and following batman being unmasked, the asylum becomes a haven for criminals similar to the way arkham city was, waller recruits deadshot similarly to bloodsport in the film by blackmailing him for his compliance and using his daughter as leverage and the only supervillain she has in captivity is harley and the game revolves around a tight 2 player online or single player storyline that requires you to sneak onto arkham island to aprehend and recruit a few villains who chose to call it home such as post arkham knight killer croc, Jason Todd red hood who built a makeshift militia out of thugs and lets say for old times sake- penguin. You spend half the game revisiting the dilapidated remains of the asylum we havent visited since 2009 and take out every grunt on the island with a gameplay more reminiscent of the last of us part 2 and every boss fight isnt an assassination its an incapacitation where you plant the bombs in their neck for waller recruiting them to the squad and making them playable characters. Deathstroke catches wind of this after declining wallers offer in arkham origins and sets out to assassinate waller and her "task force x" we fight through his army take him down recruit him and the game ends with waller codenaming them the suicide squad and harley asks about the whole "reduced sentence" concept most squads have revolved around and she says something like "you're gonna have to do alot more if you wanna work off 7 consecutive life sentences" as it cuts to a shot of her desk with casefiles showcasing 6 to 10 other villains shes been keeping tabs on. Each season of dlc revolves around traveling to a new location in squads of 4 with the task of recruiting a new villain by force and taking down anyone who stands in their way. The final season can have an after credit scene where batman confronts waller for her activities and says that he and his powerful friends will shut her operation down if she doesnt do it herself and then leaves, followed by waller saying something like "task force X you have a new mission" and a panning shot of all 15 playable characters and hinting at how their next mission will be to kill the justice league.
That allows the squad to be legitimate villains like they're supposed to and it allows waller to be the villain she basically always has been, even in the 2016 movie she kills a room of innocent IT guys and flagg doesnt flinch with her only excuse being that they didnt have clearance for this. Thats a game that wouldve honored the source material it would've opened a door for a legitimate game where the squad goes against the justice league and by putting the players in the position of actual villains we probably wouldnt have even minded killing off the JL even if they didnt call it an elseworlds story. But no. Thats just too logical. Give us mrs freeze- the jonkler- 12 brainiacs, and make the justice league evil so that even the villains dont look too bad. What a joke.
This is like when the Avengers live service game added 2 Hawkeyes back to back.
