I love this sound bar pad it for a couple years is awesome. It's only problem is recently I think I broke the screen on the top and have to order a new one.
Hello. My vivio speaker keeps switching to demo. I have to call the support number some reps are great and reset it but the last one said I need a new speaker I was disappointed .
The rear speakers, once set up, only picks up the music of the video and broadcasts this softly to avoid to much of an unreal environment. This is why the rear speakers are usually close the audience.

Hi how can I connect back to remote to the sound bar
I need to do this , I did the test which is all speaker work… when I play any RUclips music , the surround rear is like so soft , or almost muted ..
