I have that same guitar....Just in Yucatan Blue Flame and it's an amazing blue guitar. First guitar I owned with Dimarzio Pickups in it, since I usually play Seymour Duncan Pickups, or EMG 81/85 actives, but I have to say, the Dimarzio Custom Pickups sound Amazing through all of my amps....Mesa Boogie, Soldano, Friedman, Marshall, and Metropoulos....George Metropoulos makes Amazing Modded Plexi Amps, on Par with Friedman Amps.....Just a little bit more of a Vintage Voice. I Love My Metropoulos DVL-1. Dave and George are buddies from back home in Michigan. Metropoulos Effects Loops are used in Friedman Amps, which speaks highly on their quality.
