Thanks for the review, pretty helpful. How do you find the slide of these pads? I've heard some bad things about that side of the pad but otherwise they seem good.

I personally have really enjoyed the slide of these pads, but it is pretty generic for other pads within a similar price range, so to some that's just not good enough. One of the factors that will make a noticeable difference is how stiff the pad is on the part that goes on the ice.
I have gotten stuck mid-slide, but I've also had that happen in my Bauer X5 Pro's, so I can't say if it's a problem with either set of pads or if it's just the ice.
      Glad you liked the review!

Can you tell me the width of these pads? Most Intermediate pads are 10.5 inches wide but I heard True are thinner. Have you measured and can you confirm? I am thinking of buying a set, coming from senior bauers. I don't want to lose more than .5 inch in width. Thanks!

They are in fact narrower! At the knee, the intermediate True Catalyst 7x3 pads are 10 inches across the face. I went ahead and compared these to my intermediate-sized Bauer X5 Pro pads and those are also 10 inches across at the knee!!
      Hope this helps!

how is the glove for stingers a few months in?

Since I use the pads at most 2-3 times a week, overall I'd say the glove has held us well. I personally haven't felt that many stingers. Like you're gonna feel some shots, but they're not going to be true stingers.
