ISRU MoonFibre Experiment (IMFEX) - Concept Design

In March of 2021, IMFEX project will spin basalt fibres for the first time in the space environment on board of the REXUS 30 sounding rocket! This project is done in collaboration with MoonFibre Project of RWTH Aachen University.
This video explains the initial concept design of our experiment as presented during the Preliminary Design Review in Esrange Space Center in northern Sweden in February of 2020.
