I enjoyed this WIP parade very much, and to be honest, I don't always love them. First of all, you are both stitching some amazing pieces, and you also kept it moving, rather than spending 10 minutes talking about each piece, so thank you for that. I tend to be more of a monogamous stitcher, maybe I work on 2-3 pieces at a time, so God bless you guys, you have a lifetime of stitching there...I can't wait to see your progress. Also, thank you for the enabling, I wrote down quite a few pattern names, and I tend to agree, some of the older ones you started with are such classics, always beautiful to see. Thanks again, and I'm off to watch your next one.

Fabulous WIP parade! So many gorgeous projects. I saw two pieces that are among my older WIP's - CCN In the Meadow and Heartstring Samplery Baby It's Cold Outside. I need to give them some attention!

I’m 69. I just heard you say your daughter is bossy. lol. I had a bad car accident, a brain tumor and other health issues. One day my daughter was telling me something not to do. I said, “Since when did you become my boss.” Her son who was 12 said, “ well Granny sometimes she needs to boss you because you do things that you shouldn’t be doing. Somebody needs to boss you “. There you have it. What goes around comes around. I was her boss for 18 years, now she’s 43 and I guess the boss! I sure enjoy your floss tube. I can tell how much love and respect you have for each other.

I just want to say I love wip parade. I love and like a lot of your projects but I only can work on a handful of projects. I have 5 wips right now and I need to finish at least two before I start my 10 year project

Great WIP parade! You both stitch so many things that I either have or want to stitch myself 😊. Beautiful stitching! I hope many of those pieces make it off your WIP list and on to your FFO list!
I adore WIP Parades, most especially long-ish ones since I am stitching the projects vicariously through you both, if that makes any sense. (I had coffee, and am stitching as I watch this) Thank you for sharing. Oh, I also love the chunky look and feel of 2 or 3 stitches, depending on the fabric and design. For some reason I think of thick, chewy chocolate cookies. Can you tell I adore baking and eating? See you soon friends. ✨

I found that Hobby Lobby got rid of all their counted cross stitch items about 1 1/2 years ago. Now they got rid of their Diamond Painting items too. Their yarn dept has greatly shrunk in some shops too.

Absolutely amazing! Questions: when you "restart", what do you do with your original? How do you prioritize your full coverage projects?
Loved seeing all of your WIP's. Not to add to your stash of WIP's Jamie I'm currently working on a horse chart it is a full coverage from Heaven and earth designs artwork by Laura Prindle called The bachelors (Mini). I think you will love it.
Lol, you guys put my WIP pile to shame. You guys need to get that Nebreska travel poster finished! My goal for 2024 is to have 24 new starts but also 24 finishes from my WIP stash. My daughter just got her new base assignment and it is Offutt AFB not far from you guys. Hoping to be able to get together for a stitchy meet up some day when I'm out there visiting!

Love all your WIPs ~ your thoughts and comments about each piece is amazing. Love your t~shirt so much I had to get one! One question ~ the fabric with a grid ~ would you only use it for full coverage pieces?

With the Mill Hill kits do you put the beads on after you finish or while you’re stitching?
Do you sell the patterns that you show in your wip parade? Terri's wip's showed some older ones, I'm interested in, (if not hope next time you go through your wip's give some place to get them) but you got to hold your pieces up longer. Or maybe if I asked for a chart that you showed in the wip you would consider getting it for me? Is Bell on the moon chart only in the black bird book? Just how many projects do you each have that you work on monthly?
We do sell a lot of them, but if not, just let us know which ones you want We can get them for you usually.
