Terry I would be very interested in seeing the stitching that you do on the planes you restore. A close up and a zoomed out of the type of plane you work on. I think it’s so cool that you are restoring a piece of history. I’m not sure if anyone else is interested. Happy stitching.🧵🪡

I know you have talked about it in the past, but I'd love to know more, or maybe see pictures of what you do when restoring planes. I have a son who is a Navy pilot, and I've been to the Naval aviation museum in Pensacola, FL twice which is an amazing museum, and so much of the restoration work is done by volunteers...fascinating place! Love all you two share, and really like how you draw projects to work on. I tend to stitch on one or two pieces at a time, but may give your method a try this summer. Good luck with PT and your knee, hope the healing goes well! :)
I have the Wooden Barn pattern, too. I'm going to make it a Christmas barn and remove the white background and stitch it on 28 ct Helix Lugana by Picture This Plus. I want to find a wreath button to put on the front of the barn and maybe some snowflakes falling from the sky. I was going to try to change the colors to a white barn but it was just too difficult so I decided to go with a Christmas theme instead. I'll probably use it as a Christmas in July start.

Now you just need to FFO the Red, White and Bloom stitch!! You can get it done for your holiday!!
