I love Harry Potter but I am also happy that not a lot of people are like completely throwing away the story and are mostly not buying licensed merch and supporting the author directly. I have the books and I will re-read them but getting licensed merch is something that I am no longer doing.

The Cara mugs are unlicensed so no money goes to JK Rowling. I really hope they continue since I got Owlcrate specifically for the mugs and would like a complete set.
They said they were continuing it. You are correct the money only supports the creator not JKR since it's not licensed.

I wouldn't stop reading J.K. Rowling's books as she wrote them before she made her comments. I respect people's feelings on this but for me the book speaks to me regardless.

Bones Coffee Co has a 5 bag sampler that you can choose 5 flavors for around $40 and they are the same size as the bags that we get in the OwlCrate boxes. I have gotten them a couple of times now, they are great for trying the flavors before committing to the big bags. I cannot recommend that enough.

thats definitely how i feel about specialty candles! i love them so much that I dont want them to be gone, but with some of the others ive bought from places like walmart and even bath and body works (if its a recurring sent) i'll burn them all the time because I know I can go buy a new one lol
I just this year started getting FairyLoot and I loved everything I've received in each box the last two months. I liked getting Owlcrate. I stopped OwlCrate because I wasn't impressed with some of the items that I got in them. I hope someday to afford both subscriptions.

Awww thank you 🙈 and it might be! When I was looking it up for some pictures the museum that popped up was Musée des Beaux-Arts de Nancy but I honestly can’t remember since it was about 6/7 years ago now 😭 definitely in Nancy though!

I adore you Brittany! I just want to say though, having unlicensed Harry Potter merch in boxes shouldn't really matter because you're not supporting JK Rowling, you're supporting the artist. None of the money goes to JK when it comes to unlicensed merch. Plus, you can love the story without supporting the author.

I love Stationary too. Check, out CW Pencil Enterprise website . They have a loot box you can get that comes every three months and has all sorts of neat things. Pardon my ignorance but what is a bullet journal? Kinda like a scrapbook journal? I saw you make one in one of your videos. Also for Stationary Geeks is the Erasable Podcast. Great Show.
A bullet journal is a planner method created by Ryder Carroll! I can’t explain it very well but if you google it, you should get some good information on it. Obviously, my method is quite different than the original but that’s actually kind of the point of bullet journaling 😅 to make it to your own tastes

Harry Potter will always be a part of our lives, there are ways to distance the world away from JK Rowling. and the actors are going against from what she is saying and promoting ways to help the trans community. If you want to buy the books then go to a used bookstore, or like the mug buy unlicensed products and they won't go directly toward her (so etsy!) rant over xD

So because JK Rowling said what she said no one should support her again? her art work has nothing to with what she truly believe, why do everyone think people should have the same opinion on things, and if you truly look deep into it she is not wrong remove all the plastic surgery and medication that is giving to them what will they be or look like? I feel like society want people to accept everything thrown on them and forget that there is still Christian people and other religions out there that does not accept it and because they don’t a community of people letting it seem like they are wrong.
