I am one proud member of that 2%. I mean I can sing like being able or capable to sing, but I am not any even just good with it. I love and appreciate songs, lyrics and poetry, and music, but only the lyrics and poetry loved and appreciated me back, I guess. Some of my cousins, aunts, uncles, and other close and distant relatives within my large extended families and clans on both sides of my parents can sing pretty well though, or are at least musical or musically-talented enough. I am more into creative writing and visual arts than the performing arts lile music, and I am proud of these. That's all why I am a proud to be a member of that 2% of Filipinos who are good in clapping, cheering, shouting, and supporting for those who really can, able, capable, and are truly good in singing aka the 98% of Filipinos. ✌😊
I tried to sing and hum and I am still singing and humming as a personal hobby, past time, or recreation, but only whenever I wash the dishes, while taking a bath, or some other else at home and in privacy, alone all by myself, or just with my nuclear family. The other thing is, whenever I do, I ended up just sounding like I am orating, declaiming, shouting, speaking, talking, reciting, or doing a poem or a speech, and even sounding as if I am choking, out of breath or having a loss of breath, or dying, and I don't even sound rapping or chanting at all. This is based on comparing myself with other Filipinos and other people around the world who can really, really sing. ✌😊
