I chanced upon this group perform before a live audience at a shopping mall in the busy Cubao business district in Quezon City. And yes, they are real police officers with official badges, IDs and all. Cubao is only a kilometer away from Camp Crame, the headquarters of the Philippine National Police, and I guess their appearance was in support of the PNP's community relations program. I learned that the main vocalist is PSSgt Norman Wileman III.
