the guy singing in the bus, but we call it jeepney, is called a badjao, they are group of indigenous ppl, roaming in the streets of manila. they sing in vehicles literally to earn for a living.

Singing is part of our life already and also it is an outlet for us Filipino to express what we feel and since karaoke is a big thing here, most songs that's been sang in the karaoke is music from the 60s,70s,80s and 90s ballads that's why no wonder there were a lot of Filipinos knows how to belt a song.
