I just put all ingredients in a cast iron pot and cook until it comes together stickey. Then i let it cool in the pot and while still warm take table spoonful at a time and form into balls. Yummy. Great recipe too thanks.
Lordy! my favourite snack of all time..when I was pregnant with my son I used to crave this and we got it by the bag.. (that was 40yrs ago) wrapped in paper. I never lost the taste for it 😊
I've never regretted subscribing to your channel. Yesterday I made sweet and sour pork as well as pepper pork following your videos and have no leftovers to tag you on ig, lol. My neighbour and I were talking about toolum so here I am today, I hope I can tag you this time 😆
Trini Cooking with Natasha ...no I didn't add water but I think I let it cook down too much. I should have taken it off when it was softer. I like the taste though. Looking at the video again and I am sure it wasnt soft like yours

Nice and easy recipe. I noticed you used spatulas. Such a great kitchen tool to scrape every last bit from the pot. Wish more cooks would use them.
