Howdy Mr Master ! That is about the hardest metal I have ever seen you pound by hand & barely able to get it started , it looked like it took a lot of effort to straighten out the twist in that drill bit ! And i was surprised to see that you didn’t use more of the knife blank , when you drew the knife pattern on it ( 3:52 ) only because of the extreme effort use by your huge mechanical stamping press! Your videos are never boring , even the large handheld grinder seemed to labor, at cutting that drill metal ! That’s a very impressive , WICKED knife & SHARP ! Keep on pounding & I’ll keep watching !
Looks good, but I have some concerns about this particular tool; The first is the cold shut I saw near the handle, which occured when the larger part of the old drill was flattened... In my mind, the cold shuts on both sides resemble cracks due to how the material flowed over the thinner material and failed to forge weld and as such, could be considered weak spots The second is an old pet hate of mine, I have never been a fan of rat tail tangs and this style is my least favorite due to their being a major weak point on any kind of blade, and I've seen too many break for me to ever trust them... The last is more a longevity issue... I didn't see any tempering, so I have my doubts as to whether it could ever hold an edge... I DID like the idea of using epoxy putty as the handle, though it could have done with a little more work to fill in the gaps. Overall opinion: As an ornament? I would give it 7 out of 10 due to how the handle needed a little more work to finish, and the cold shuts I mentioned above. As a proper tool? I would give it 2 out of 10. The comment about the handle and cold shuts account for losing three of those points, the rest are due to that tang being too dangerous for it to be anything more than an ornament and how the steel wasn't hardened or tempered.
Beautiful work. Just curious, but we're are you from?. Do you sell the knives you make and if so is there a website I can go to to look at your knives. Curious from USA.

That was made so cheap. The craftsmanship was so bad. That piece of iron should be put in the trash. I was told " it takes less time to do something right the first time, than to explain why you didn't". I wouldn't be proud of that knife. You have the tools to make something really special. And yet you make trash. So very sad.

He heat treats and tempers. Just boring to watch...
@@jimmybzjamn fair enough, only stated what I did from what I saw, hence my comment about tempering etc

In the early video he looks like the kids playing their chewwing gum

Make a ''unbelievable, amazing'' knife from a jewellers anvil.
Nice, but do not waste materiál.
Did I miss him quenching the blade
Is doesn't matter he lost his heat treat when he poured the extremely hot brass on the blade, now his blades soft. 7:11

A two edge short sword is more fit this material.
👏👏👏👏👏❤️🇺🇸👍
pisau yang aneh
Nice work. It looks like a waist knife for an orc. He could cut his meat or you with it...which might the same thing.
the finishing touches were done roughly. excuse me
This is an exact copy of a cheap mall ninja knife I used to own. This is not an original design.
There aren’t many original designs left these days, at least his is hand forged and not just a bunch of cast pieces made in China or Pakistan.

What happens finally??? Nothing usefull😅😅😅
I would subscribe but the fact that you are using safety glasses is appalling. I don’t want to watch you lose an eye.
