_If he’s taking too long with all that talking to get to the nine causes, here’s 15 causes_
    1. Aging: Testosterone levels naturally decline with age, typically starting around the age of 30.
    2. Chronic stress: Prolonged stress can lead to elevated cortisol levels, which may negatively impact testosterone production.
    3. Lack of sleep: Inadequate or poor-quality sleep can disrupt hormonal balance, including testosterone levels.
    4. Obesity: Excess body fat, especially around the abdomen, is associated with lower testosterone levels.
    5. Sedentary lifestyle: Lack of physical activity can contribute to hormonal imbalances, including reduced testosterone.
    6. Nutritional deficiencies: Inadequate intake of essential nutrients like zinc and vitamin D may impact testosterone production.
    7. Endocrine disorders: Conditions affecting the endocrine system, such as hypothyroidism, can influence testosterone levels.
    8. Testicular injuries: Trauma to the testicles may impair their ability to produce sufficient testosterone.
    9. Diabetes: Uncontrolled diabetes can be linked to lower testosterone levels.
    10. Environmental toxins: Exposure to certain chemicals, like endocrine-disrupting compounds, may interfere with hormone production.
    11. Medications: Some drugs, such as corticosteroids or opioids, can suppress testosterone production.
    12. Chronic illnesses: Conditions like chronic kidney disease or HIV/AIDS can contribute to reduced testosterone levels.
    13. Excessive alcohol consumption: Heavy drinking may negatively impact testosterone production.
    14. Smoking: Tobacco use has been associated with lower testosterone levels.
    15. Genetic factors: Some individuals may have a genetic predisposition to lower testosterone levels.
