Bureaucrats can only work for towns or districts where they’re posted. Just because you’re Konyak doesn’t mean you’ve authority to work for Konyak people. People who’re posted in MON district be it konyak or other community it’s their job along with DC and MLAs to work for the betterment of Mon District.
This is the reason why many of us pursue our study in Kohima, Dimapur, shillong etc... Leaving behind our native place. Lack of providing facilities in both curriculum and academy. Looking forward for better future ☑️

@vdvhufhn, Under Tobu Sub-division there 44 Government schools. Tobu Town has 4 and Tobu Village has 2. Donot play blame all the government school teachers in Tobu. Point out and lodge a complaint against those irregular teachers if you find.
Teachers who do not do his/her duties but get their salaries will be called thief. And surely go to hell. I request all the leaders of every organisation in Mon district to make the rules of NO WORK NO PAY . Students are suffering a lot , please help them for their future.🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏😭😭😭🙏🙏🙏.

In some district there are excess teachers and they work on the basis of roster system. Shortage of teachers in Mon is not the new issue. How long the students will suffer? I think its not the duty of students to claim for their teachers but its the responsible of the govt. to provide sufficient teachers to every colleges. The duty of the students is to only study well and do good in the exams not to waste time protesting.

Even in the Schools in cities Teachers are flooded they hardly get only one period in a day where as in remote places one teacher have to take 5-6 periods in a day due to shortage of Teachers why they are not looking into this matter.
