How long does it take for germ cell to become primary spermatocyte; primary spermatocyte to secondary spermatocyte; secondary spermatocyte to spermatid; spermatid to sperm. Thank you
I am not sure either but I guess it's because sperms are millions in numbers that's why during one cycle 4 sperms are produced where as ova are very limited in number that's why only one ovum in produced after each cycle but am still not sure if this is the exact reason.

why there is an equal division in spermatogenesis and unequal in biogenesis?
