Hi, quick question... for the Wedge Squared and Wide Wedge tires, are they intended to be used without a front insert? I'm using a narrow wheel. Thanks for sharing this video; it's very helpful.
Hi @Andrew White, Our carpet tires have fairly good wear due to them using a harder compound. For the longest wear, at the cost of slightly reduced traction, we recommend running our Z3 compound. Any softer compound would give you more traction, but also reduce wear time. We hope this answers your question, Thanks for your interest and support!
The 4wd front prism tires I ordered have a double row of wedges on one side and a single row of wedges on the other. Which side is inner and which is outer?
@@efoster988 it greatly depends on your car setup and the type of carpet you are racing on, and your driving style. compound hardness will effect steering, traction, forward bite, and cornering abilities in different ways. a good place to start is probably to inquire at your local carpet track and see what other people are running and ask them why. apart from trying both compounds yourself, this will give you the best place to start.
Hi nothingbasic, Yes, we recommend venting your tires if they are not already before racing. We will soon have a video specifically on this topic. Thanks for your interest and support!
Hi Pro-Line! I am wondering if you would be able to send me the defective products from your factory instead of throwing them away. I’ll contact you with more info, but if you want to, I’d appreciate it it you respond to this comment.
Hi EvHexRC 1, Unfortunately, we do not sell, give away, or distribute any known defective products for many reasons. Liability, company reputation, re-sellers, etc. Thanks for your interest and support!

I'm looking at getting back into carpet offroad racing. And I was wondering what the normal tread life is on carpet tires especially the rears?

Any comments on z3 or z4 compounds and when and why to use them?
Hello My, Z3 and Z4 are both CARPET compounds. so they're intended use is typically for indoor carpet racing. Z3 is Medium and Z4 is Soft.
I get that there both for carpet/turf. Just wonder why you would choose one over another
