  • In this video from LearnElectrics, we will look at the Table of Tables. This is an often overlooked section of the book, but understanding this section and being able to use it proficiently will certainly help you in the exam and this video gives you the new and updated information, including new page numbers etc.
So what is the table of tables?
Why is it so useful to finding answers?
And how do we use it?
What is surprising is that it is only 3 pages long but almost nobody ever uses it.
And yet it is so very important to exam success and, for me, a really crucial thing to know.
Used correctly these 3 pages will save you a lot of time and a lot of worry in the exam
To view all of our videos type in LearnElectrics all one word into the RUclips search bar.
This is video No.147 on our RUclips channel where we have videos on a wide range of electrical topics.

Then they have done exactly what they were intended for. Brilliant that you passed. If we helped in a small way then that is a bonus, but you put the effort in and you got the rewards.
Spread the word and keep watching, just don't stop learning its a great trade, I've worked all around the world on different contracts. Well done Paul.

Great advice for learning how to work your way around the old Regs Book.

Glad it was helpful. Too many training centres focus on remembering the regs when the whole point of the exam is to use the book. Learn how to find the answer. Thanks for watching. Dave.

Morning. Great content as usual! :)
FYI, you have a touch of distortion from your microphone. Your voice sounds very robotic. Of course, if you're a robot sent from the future to help us all then it's perfectly ok and I apologise for pointing it out. :)

    • @learnelectrics4402
      @learnelectrics4402  2 года назад

Thanks Mike. I've listened to the video on two different devices and cannot hear any distortion. I'm told that I do have a rather distinct accent, perhaps I am a robot. I'll have a play with microphone settings this week and see what happens, I'm glad you mention these things, if I can do something about it.
Robot or not, I'm happy to help and glad that you find the articles useful.

Brown Wiring Regs book. Page 579. Right hand column, half way down. under Cables ... identification of cores - go to Section 514.
Now page 134, where you will find Table 51
      Hope this helps.
