Once E-Trade announced that Roaring Kitty was one of their clients and were deciding to drop him as a client, they violated federal law by releasing private information about their customers since they are legally responsible to maintain the privacy of ALL of their clients. Once opening up that he's one of their clients, they automatically violated federal law on privacy and should therefore face the consequences and be sued by Roaring Kitty.

IF the SEC stopped Naked Short Selling BEFORE our Squeezes, AMC-GME, there would be MASSIVE implications. IF they do it AFTER our Squeezes, fine. whatever they do though, should give both sides a warning that it will take place and when???
We know they will halt the stock many times when the squeeze happens, but can these brokers remove the sell button all together while the squeeze happens?
Some people have no idea what the halts will be like! I got into a pump and dump once on a Korean IPO. Right away it ripped to almost $300. It had a very low float. They started halting it for five minutes intervals with literally ONE SECOND of trading between halts. Of course, they were sending buy orders through the dark pools, sell orders through the lit exchange. They drove the price down to 50 or 60 bucks in no time. They can do the same with both GME and AMC.
AMC $ gain/loss keeps disappearing (not percentage) on Charles Schwab. Makes daily percent go way down when this occurs.

The Webull screenshot regarding share holders in 6 days old. That was the incorrect information as it was still being updated after the CAT. the correct number retail investors own is only about 62% and considering your video is only 3 hours old, some quick DD would have shown you that instead of using a screen shot with incorrect data from 6 days ago. It's important APES get the correct information regarding AMC. Everything else including that screen shot is fake news. Don't report stuff that might cause investors to buy more AMC on emotion. Better to have all the data and all the facts first.

What would be the benefit of screwing with Warren Buffet? A glitch in the Russel 2000, I think would be a better play. Was there even a pattern with the stocks that glitched? Last I heard, it was already taking multiple weeks, if not months, to complete DRS of even a few hundred or a few thousand GME shares, just because of how difficult it is to find real ones on the open market now, since they stopped reporting DRS numbers for some reason once 80% of the float was in DRS. Some brokers just refuse to do the transfer at all. It would be a huge, hilarious shitshow trying to DRS over 5M shares like DFV has, so part of me hopes he tries if they do boot him. Tho since it's taking that long to complete transfers now, that might screw him over indefinitely if he really did try to.
That would break the rules of the game and they would start doubting and eating each other effectively imploding the whole thing.

If they don't halt they can't stop the short squeeze. Had they not halted GME on May 14, it would have gone to $1,000 per share easily. Halts stop squeezes.

Sold out completely from my AMC position to go all in on GME after the dip back down after the DFV tweet pop… I no longer trust AA & Co. to leave the stock the fuck alone in a squeeze scenario. GME’s board, on the other hand, has played this much more strategically and is clearly setting themselves up to set off a short squeeze and maximize profits. Zero debt, $2+ billion in cash on hand, actively transforming its business model… AMC will undoubtedly run too, but not nearly to the same degree. GME is the MOASS play

Nothing suspicious about it. Let's say it makes a little run to one hundred bucks. They halt it for 5 minutes, open it up for literally one second of trading. In the meantime, they route sell orders to the lit exchange, buy orders through the dark pool. Each time they open it for that one second of trading the price has dumped substantially. Repeat that several times, people are going to dump their shares too. Psychological warfare that works.

Keep in mind, Adam Aron doesn't want a squeeze either. He wants to help his hedge fund buddies. If AMC starts to squeeze you will be working against dark pools, halts, and Adam Aron diluting as fast as he can. Who knows, may ever reverse split it again before a squeeze gets started. This isn't FUD, this is REALITY.

What would happen if they got a company to offer $10, $15, or $20 a share for AMC. Play Silent I don't want the markets to crash on the financial system to crash. Getting a company to offer those kinds of dollars would get the shorts out of that position add a much lower price.
