As much as i want to invest in GME, I think it has some short term pain ahead. Currently sitting on about 250k, do you still think GME is a good buy right now or I have I missed out on a crucial buy period?

The SINGLE most important thing right now for AMC holders is to not get your hopes up for it to happen this week or month. A lot of videos have titles like ‘ITS COMING’ which disheartens stock holders if it doesn’t happen within the time they’re thinking. If you’re holding AMC, don’t check it every day, don’t get your hopes up for it to happen tomorrow and just stay cool. When it happens, you will know, you won’t need a RUclips video to tell you
proper research, good analysis and luck is what you need to make profit in this constant market decline.
In order to make profits from trading you need loads of experience and a well defined strategy, which most traders don't have. If you trade without the proper preparation, you're most likely to lose your money. Identify the buy/sell ratios and identify the market leaders and most importantly. Diversify! this will help you spread risk.

Buy a little at first.
Buy with a purpose.
And for the love of all thing do not invest more than you can afford to lose. Always have other, safer monetary channels and backup funds.

I kind of interpret many post on here as acknowledging that we're reaching a market peak, in general, which is a well-supported thesis, and so if you've been sitting back chill while the gains roll in because bull market, well, time for traders to stay sharp, many are expecting volatility, probably a sharp downturn, smart traders should check their risk management is in shape, time to pay attention. The timing of his post vs what I know about the market supports that well enough. But yeah, the post could mean anything.....managed to grow a nest egg of around 100k to a decent 432k in the space of a few months... don't think they can, as MMTLP did do some stock change thing...i'm not into mmtlp so im not quite sure what it was, think it was kinda stock split and conversion (One ticker seized to exist) if i recall correctly... so... the excuse was something like: lets protect people buying "worthless" share that couldnt be converted (due to deadline). please note: im not sure on all the mechanics that where at play there..but seems it boils down to that..
Now...AFAIK! : Neither AMC or GME are planning on anything similar, so pulling of some BS stunt like that wont fly. Also: all eyes are on those stocks..so anything "official" that they try..has to be kinda ironclad. they got away with black eyes '21...and they sure AF know this time it wont happen again. BUT! What matters is if they’re making enough profit to cover their lease payments and other expenses. You need paying customers for that. GameStop doesn’t have enough customers to cover their expenses.

Your math on the game calls is way off. He would need $240m to exercise 120,000 contracts x 100 shares per contract x $20 per share. It doesn’t matter what the share price is, he still needs $20 per share to exercise the option.

Something to think about... Is RK acting alone? Its widely known his wife works for Goldman Sachs. Are they aiding in funding RK? Why etrade aka (Morgan Stanley) the target? What does Goldman Sachs have to gain by eliminating such a large rival? How deep does the rabbit hole go?
Etrade is just a broker, i.e., an intermediary. So it would be the market maker, such as Citadel, who is on the hook to pay the calls. Unless Etrade is also acting as a customer (buying and selling for its own benefit), they and Morgan Stanley are fine. They only want to make sure they are not party to a crime, which as of now, there is none.
Wouldn’t E trade be on the line for all the fake shares they been selling for the past 3 years

Why wouldn’t he just do this with AMC instead? A real company that can actually stand on its own.
How can amc stand on their own? They are likely bankrupt in 2026 unless they can figure out how to turn around their business. GME has a much longer runway, especially with nearly $1b in the bank with the last stock offering.
AMC also has a ton of real estate and people still go to the movies even when the economy is bad. No one is going into GameStop to buy games. You can do that online. Go to each business and you can see which one actually has customers inside.
@@caboliving they have been losing money since 2019 with no ability to pay down debt. I’ll have to take another look at their balance sheet, thought they leased most of the theaters. I know realty income trust is one of their landlords and have evaluated an amc default
