    Ingredients:
    cheese cake:
    2 kg soft cream cheese
    1.5 cup white sugar
    A third of a cup of heavy cream
    2 tablespoons white flour
    2 teaspoon vanilla
    4 large eggs
    1.5 cups chocolate biscuit crumbs
    450 grams of cream
    Base-crust:
    2 cups chocolate biscuit crumbs
    A quarter cup of brown sugar
    Two tablespoons of melted butter
    A teaspoon of ground cinnamon
    Chocolate filling:
    1.5 cup chocolate chips
    1 cup heavy cream
    1 teaspoon vanilla
    How to prepare:
    1. Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F).
    2. Prepare the cake: Beat the cream cheese in a large bowl until smooth. Gradually add 1 1/2 cups of sugar, heavy cream, flour, and a teaspoon of vanilla. Beat in the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
    3. Prepare the base: Combine cookie crumbs, brown sugar, melted butter, and cinnamon in a medium bowl. Firmly press the mixture evenly onto the bottom and sides of the springform pan. Bake the base in the oven for 5 minutes.
    4. Pour a third of the mixture into the prepared base and distribute the biscuit pieces over the mixture; Then pour the remaining mixture.
    5. Bake the cake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes. Take the cake out of the oven.
    6. Mix the sour cream, with a quarter cup of sugar and a teaspoon of vanilla; Distribute it evenly over the cake. Continue baking for 7 minutes. Turn off the oven, and leave the cake inside for another 30 minutes. Remove the cake and let it cool completely on the cooling rack.
    7. Make the chocolate filling: Combine chocolate chips and heavy cream in a saucepan; Stir over low heat until the chocolate melts, then add the vanilla. Pour the mixture over the cake while it is warm.
    8. Chill the cake in the refrigerator before serving, for at least 8 hours or overnight. Take the cake out of the refrigerator about 30 minutes to an hour before serving and remove the springform ring.
