- Wholesaling is a fascinating part of real estate that not many people are very knowledgeable in. You can make huge profits wholesaling real estate and you don't need any money to start, you don’t need a real estate license, and you don't need years of experience. What makes his story remarkable is where he started. Three years ago his bank account was overdrawn by $438. Today he employs 18 people and just closed on 8,000 square feet of office space. He is a serial entrepreneur and operates several businesses, but wholesaling is what got him off the ground and has remained a major focus in his business plan.

Keep going it gets easier. You know your metrics now you can reverse engineer to see how many calls you had to make to get a deal. You closed one deal and you also built your pipeline.
Ive been wholesaling for 2 years I just got a tape with 7 houses. Im making $100,000 dollars I close next week. Before that I closed on 2 deals earlier this year both for $5,000. People please go read the richest man in Babylon hustle everyday for leads people.

I met this Brotha a few years back, he gave me so much game with wholesaling properties. At that time I was just buying & either flipping or holding, learning the art of wholesaling changed the game for me & my team. It just added another dimension to my real estate business. In the corporate industry my job gave me access to distressed properties, I used that to my advantage. I appreciate you Brothas, keep doing what you do.

Max brought up a good point about not wanting to sell the information. I'm a huge fan of Gary Vee's, too, and have heard him say time and time again to give it away for free. But, then, how do you make money? Answer, make it in other ways. It makes sense to me now. I don't want to charge for courses either. 🤷🏾♀️ Max said secure the bag FIRST and then build your brand. This is the motto I want to follow. This is also the motto John Henry follows as well. Great interview guys.

Man I found this channel today and I've been watching hella videos. I'm not going to lie, I've known of real estate for years and actually got involved, I felt messed up about wholesaling and gentrification until he spoke on it in this video. And today, right this second, I said to myself "fuck it" and I'm going to go forward now taking the personal feeling out of the business. And I'm not looking back.

I have been following Max for a while but got to really understand Wholesaling on 8/29/2019 watched 350+ videos on RUclips since. Looking for my 1st deal but dang these NYC numbers are intimidating living in Brooklyn these half of millions scares me; so I started with Wholesaling in Philadelphia. I can taste the passion that I got for Wholesaling now I just need that 1st deal for my mind set to on to the next level.
What's the market like in philly?
@@redlionesv I find it easier the fact the numbers are not intimidating than these half of million dollars in my areas. In Philly as I found more properties are vacant and for sale by owners fsbo. I haven't got my 1st deal I have to build my confident. That's how I missed my 1st 2 deals I passed them on since I wasn't too sure how work them out what I should have done I should have done JV deal meaning Joint venture instead of letting it go I passed them on. Now I underatand the JV and the purchase agreement i am a few steps away from my 1st deal.

I live in NYC and I'm getting familiar with Philadelphia. Let's make 2020 the year we get our 1st deal although I know we can a deal or 2 before 2019 is over.
