This video is great. Took notes and even shared. The education of our youth is very important too. So where your child attends for Kindergarten does matter unless you are going to make sure that you are working well with your child and giving them different experiences. Literacy is what we don't push enough... we speak about the school system sucks but then don't do extra to make it right, whether it's through volunteer, creating supportive programs etc. We have to rise up in multiple areas, and real estate is one of them. you guys are thinking in terms of a family instead of: (a) person who likes to spend money; (b) money is no object; OR (c) "I've always wanted it so i'll get it. He didn't care about the money he lost. Because if he did; he would have found someone like Matt Garland who could have told him. Turn the house into a retreat and earn your investment back. It in a suburban area that would have been great for companies and business owners to go enjoy themselves and relax like a bed & breakfast. NOT like a hotel. A bed & breakfast retreat. LOOPHOLES. I love you guys channel keep doing it. FYI flip your logo. you guys always sit in the same position. on camera left is right and right is left. but on your logo the faces are not the same way. just thinking on a marketing perspective for folks who never seen your channel. better to keep burning off the seams to create a clean look. instead of just saying "the H-- with it. lol.
