The Kona is not yet sold in the USA in a hybrid version.
The Kona is seen in a lot of USA car-hire inventories. Good handling in snow and on ice - something you don’t have in SG.
I have driven a Kona as a rental and like the space.

I think that’s why we no longer have the Ioniq hybrid and comforter is using these. More crossovers launched also means the axing of some sedan models. Like the Corolla altis and Prius hybrid is gone from sgcarmart/AD Borneo motors but the corolla cross hybrid stays lol

This 1.6 hybrid probably is the same set up as the upcoming Avante which is launching in 2024. Guess this Kona is a teaser because my bet is most would prefer Avante instead

it don't have TPMS that showing each wheel pressure ,no 360 camera, no bluelink or app connection. alot of feature not mentioned here.

strange! this hybrid fuel consumption is quite near to the 2.0 petrol version of 6.6l/100km

Komoco short change Singapore customer by not allowing bluelink. If HMGICS ioniq 5 can have it why not komoco?
No OTA updates as well means need to go back for any free updates

Does the whole light strip light up in the front when the daytime running light is on? Or only on the two ends of the light strip?

Hi Emallame, the light strip up front that extends from end to end is from the daytime running light in the Elite trim, with the option for it to be turned off, if the owner prefers.

Prefer CVT than DCT gearbox. Slower pick up but much easier & cheaper to maintain. Gives you less problems in the long run.

I personally think that the price is not competitive, the Yaris Cross is slightly smaller but much cheaper and its hybrid system is way more mature than Hyundai's.

Toyota does hybrid way longer than Hyundai but Hyundai is not bad as well. They've proven themselves with the Ioniq
