Look at this! To give you an idea how damn strong Big Z is/was he's about 43 here, coming off an injury that really killed his pressing power and yet he still dominates the field against the best pressers around. Had he not been injured I'm pretty sure we'd be looking at guys trying to break a 235+ log lift right now.

@@aurelijus1 I could have swore he said in an Instagram post his best training PR was 216 prior to 2018 when he hit 220. He said he focused more on reps during training than maxing out.
@@aurelijus1He always said he never did better than his comp weights in training like prepping to 228 kg his best in training was 205 and he was injured that year and his mark was 240 he though he could've got 240 at his best

I think "The Worlds Strongest Man" needs to get up to date if they want to stay relevant to todays strongman world. I mean even "history channel" have content that is only a few weeks old on strongman world and have more intrest by the public than 1-2 year old video with "The world strongest man".
To summerize: Put out your content earlier.
We all know History channel isn't what it was though. Much less focused on actual history
