Eat what tastes good to you, you only live once. You can die from eating tainted salad so do whatever you want. It was funny when they made them stop the supersized meals. You could buy one and share it. But they thought it would help obese people. All it did was make them say I want two large fries instead of one supersized one so that was a failure. I love fast food. But I can also just go to the store and get food for the month for 70 bucks a month. The news says the average person spends 300 a week on food. What are they buying? Pasta is cheap, bread is cheap, they have the whole dollar aisle of everything. I love the videos where someone finds the most expensive store in their area, buys something expensive, and then whines about the price showing the receipt. But it is just for content. Like yeah don't do that, buy it elsewhere. Fast food and convenience stores are more expensive because you are paying for the convenience. It is very easy to figure out. Like oh I need a case of water and a phone charger. At the 7-11 here down the street it would be around 7 bucks for the water and 20-30 for a charger. Or go to walmart and get the charger for 8 bucks and the water at the cheaper store for 3.49. I got a new phone for 40 bucks and service is 26 bucks a month. Why pay way more than that for a logo that does the exact same thing? But this ignorance is an internet trend.
Im confused, are people still this unknowledgeable about the sloop on the shelves sold in the grocery store and restaurants?? Genuinely, i dont understand why you would go for a frozen meal or ultra processed food when you can buy real whole food.
I only eat out when it’s somebody birthday and they want it. Other than that I cook and eat hopefully fresh food I get from sprouts. It’s an organic food store. Fast food is gross.
I mean whether you eat healthy or not, you are still going to die due to an illness related to your genetics, or natural selection. So, I’m still going to eat my large Big Mac combo meal, so tasty and I’m currently eating the food I had mentioned somewhere in the comment section. 😮
Yeah imo that's still a very bad way of looking at it. Because it's not just about reaching the end of your life faster with these foods. For me it's the fact your quality of life suffers a lot. So not only will you die earlier that short life will also be significantly less satisfying and happy.
I feel she uses a lot of buzz words to fear monger the audience about food processing like "industrial" "ultra-processed" "predigestion". Industrial processes like this have driven food prices down a lot, and can extend shelf life of foods. And predigestion/processing isn't an inherently bad thing, milk is processed through pasteurization, soup, bread, even baby food are all processed to make them easier to digest. Most of the problems with ultra-processed foods is that they can have additives that make them addicting, high amounts of sodium, and low nutritional value. Also things shouldn't be seen as bad because they are "chemical" everything in this world is a chemical. It's good to avoid eating too many ultra-processed foods as like I said before they're usually high in sodium. Ultra processed food and processed foods aren't bad inherently but they shouldn't make up the bulk of your diet. Even the foods you consider "healthy" still need to be eaten in balance and moderation. Eat fast-food if you want just make sure you get all of your necessary nutrients.
Im majoring in Chemistry and when people use the word chemical to scare ppl, it makes me laugh lmao. Water is a chemical too. I get her point though, but it's still kinda funny.
I'm glad Chinese food wasn't on there, was it? Lol. Portion people don't eat until your full, eat to simply satisfy hunger, walks after dinner are necessary too. 🫡🫡 "Take care of yourselves and each other" - Jerry Springer lol

@@ale4964 we're all gonna die eventually, healthy food or not. Just know how to moderate and excersise
I'm sorry but imma still eat my In-N-Out and Chipotle 💀
watching this while eating burger king😍
Literally eating from the chum bucket if you eating these fast foods
Im confused, are people still this unknowledgeable about the sloop on the shelves sold in the grocery store and restaurants?? Genuinely, i dont understand why you would go for a frozen meal or ultra processed food when you can buy real whole food.
Read an article ab out a doctor awhile ago that lived off of Coca Cola and Junk food and still lived 70+ years so what the problem is?
I only eat out when it’s somebody birthday and they want it. Other than that I cook and eat hopefully fresh food I get from sprouts. It’s an organic food store. Fast food is gross.
Every thing is dangerous to eat, may as well just eat whatever
Oxtails you eat ain’t good for you either… fuck it

14:52 I’m ngl if you thought cereal and frozen dinners were healthy i know you a green bean
Rice is super processed btw it’s bad for you
(Sighs)I guess something got to kill you, just about anything you put in your body could be life-threatening
McDonald's is my favorite of all time.
Ntm on Taco Bell 🙅♂️

2:17 we live in a world where cigarettes got normalized so I'm not surprised anymore 💀 😭
