I was at the party when this demo was released and this is honestly what it looked like on the big screen. This is basically plagiarism. Hilarious video, especially when you have such fond memories of the demo.
Someone posted this in the Commodore Amiga group FB today, never saw it before. What an amazing piece of work! Kudos for remaking the full demo and keeping the original music. Very much in style of the Turkish Rambo and Star Wars films too. It makes you think this is how they storyboarded the demo in the first place :D
Yeah, totally expected something like a camera move back and forth while panning past some paper tape for the scroller (but at least we got that in part II) - and a real sawblade that misses the camera by an inch, followed by static and screams of pain ;)
It's fun. Yes. Unfortunately it's also a bit late as "Real Reality" has done it way before and... let me add, much better. You are NOT allowed to throw any "digital" stuff (video editing, chroma key, digital stuff) in here! Or it's not "real" themed anymore! But fun, nevertheless :)
