Women in Hollywood: Directors Roundtable Talk
This is so great to see such inspiring women together, this really gives me hope that I will be successful like these women. Its also reassuring to see all these women didn't start out knowing they wanted to be directors.
I WILL CHANGE THE FILM INDUSTRY.
Hopefully in a positive way.
jjcmark1 You have no idea 😌👌🏼
Cristina Ramirez I can’t wait to see
Easier said than done...
This was very interesting as well as helpful. It's is very reassuring to see that these women are in such a career through diverse paths. It means it's ok to not having everything figured out from the beginning.
So thank you for making this
Lets build an army!
Loved this, I saw similarities with the creative visions and processes of these woman and my own. Starting to think about this career path as the one to follow
Might be something I look into, what's the salary like?
We loved this. Thank you!
Great video! More like this please!!
Great discussion!
I love all the perspectives and hearing about their paths.
The Elizabeth Holmes part was so awkward to watch
Yeah this video is like a time machine
They aren't even legit Hollywood directors. They havent directed anything significant or meaningful. Where are all the real female directors that actually know something about the business and directing.
they dont exist. thats the issue. theres only about 3 large scale female directors
I seriously want to change the film industry as a woman that I am. I have experience in it but I haven’t gotten the opportunity to direct anything yet but one day I will.
Cristina Ramirez direct a Sci fi that blows people's mind will definitely do it.
Patty Jenkins! Kathryn Bigelow! Sophia Coppola! Just to name a few, there are some actual older ones out there that i just cant think who even directed films that i never realized they were the director of.
But those three recent ones i stated they have made truly "meaningful and significant" movies and films.
