Respect to Aki, she knows she needs to put in extra hard work to make up for that, you can say, lack of game sense.
Aqua, Towa, Botan is the prime example of talent + hard work, especially Towa and Botan who are willing to reach pro players. Aqua is more into solo achievement so it's understandable.
Then we have Subaru, the perfect representation of what a normal human is (even though she's a duck).
