High Finance CHIMPS Guide (Ft. Psi & Ray of Doom) - Update 43.3 (Bloons TD 6)

  • My written guide can be found below. 95 and 96 can be a little bit tricky. The Ray of Doom is a rarely affordable T5 in CHIMPS mode, especially for an advanced map. This is an easy black border if doing exactly as instructed though. #bloonstd6 #btd6 #chimps #btd6chimps

    Written Guide:
    R6: Place a Dart as low as possible on the left side, making sure the right side of its range has no red showing. This might take a few tries. Place a Sub in the bottom water as low and central as possible.
    R7: Place a second Dart on the opposite side and do the same thing as with the first Dart.
    R8: Place a second Sub in the top water as low and left as possible. Set it to Strong for R9.
    R10: Bottom Sub to 0-0-1.
    R15: Bottom Sub set to Strong and buy 0-0-2 ASAP.
    R19/20: Place Psi as top left as possible on the lower part. You can technically get him during R19, but for more precise placement, I recommend placing at the end of the round.
    R21 - Bottom Sub to 1-0-2. Set both Subs to First at the end of the round.
    R27 - Set Psi to Strong. Use ability if needed. For end of the round, build the part between the Darts. Place a Wizard as low and central as possible on there. Upgrade him to 0-2-1.
    R29 - Wizard to 0-2-2.
    R35 - Wizard to 0-3-2.
    End of R39 - Place an Alchemist as top left as possible on the building. Upgrade it to 3-2-0.
    R40 - Psi ability when MOAB breaks open. This may not be needed though.
    R44 - Village as high and right as possible in the lower area. Upgrade it to 2-2-0.
    End of R48 - Place a Glue Gunner just behind Wizard on the building and upgrade it to 4-2-0.
    R49 - Village to 3-2-0.
    R61 - Glue Gunner to 5-2-0.
    R70-R74 - Build the lower right portion. Place a Dartling Gunner as top left as possible on it and upgrade it to 4-2-0. Lock the reticle in place where the left intersection is, so the plasma ball is sitting there.
    R80 - Use Psi Blast once the ZOMG is in range of it. Then use Scream when the ZOMG breaks open into MOABs.
    End of R83 - Psi is now level 14. Switch the targeting back to First.
    R85 - Psionic blast the Zomgs when the second one is on the plasma ball.
    R87 - Psionic Blast the ZOMGs when in range. Use Scream once the last ZOMG breaks open.
    R88 - Psionic Blast the ZOMGs and Scream when the BFBs break open.
    R90 - Psionic Blast the DDTs when two are near Psi.
    R92 - Blast ZOMGs and Scream just as the third one breaks open. You can also just micro the Dartling Gunner during this round for extra safety.
    R93 - Psionic Blast when most DDTs are in range of Psi.
    R94 - Blast ZOMGs. Keep targeting the ZOMGs with Dartling and take the round slow. Scream as soon as ther last ZOMG pops.
    R95 - Also take this round slow. Blast when first DDT reaches the far right side in the middle and keep targeting the DDTs with Dartling. Use Scream immediately off of cooldown to take out the F-MOABs.
    R96 - Keep targeting Dartling. Blast the ZOMGs and use Scream as soon as a ZOMG breaks open. Upgrade Dartling to 5-2-0 ASAP. GG!
