Does the reactor ability cooldown reduction affect towers other than the sub? For example, would bomb towers in the radius of reactors have shorter ability cooldowns?

I don't think so, I'm pretty sure it's only for water towers so first strike and boat pull would cool down faster
@@ApexBTD you have this explained in description of the tower and it lowers the cooldwon by 15 % to all water towers
