- Learn how to craft a marketing strategy by using the different models of marketing mix. In this video, I show you the 4Ps, 7Ps, 8Ps, 4Cs and 6Cs of marketing mix, and the 7Cs Compass Model.
You will understand which marketing mix dimensions and variables control to make a successful marketing strategy. I explain the product: its components (the five product levels model), the Flower of Service, the product life-cycle theory, the product adoption curve (the diffusion of innovations) and the AIDA model.
I go through the price: pricing models (cost-based and value-based pricing) and strategies (price skimming, penetration pricing, prestige pricing, competition-oriented pricing, psychological pricing); and all the other dimensions of a marketing mix.
Finally, I show you how to apply and tailor different marketing mix models to make successful marketing strategies: cost leadership, differentiation and the Ansoff’s growth marketing strategies.
