Thanks for tuning in, in this video I would like to share our authentic Armenian recipe that has been known for centuries, this dish brings back so many childhood memories as I use to help my mom when I was little to make Lahmajun , my job was to add the meat mixture on top. This is so delicious as many calls it Armenian Pizza can be served as main dish or as side dish, you can eat it for breakfast, lunch or dinner! It is so good that you can eat it any time of the day, it’s also good for picnic, The secret of perfect Lahmajun is to open a very thin dough so it can have a very delicious crust on the edge and soft in the middle so it can be rolled up to eat with some fresh parsley, tomatoes and fresh squeezed lemon juice over it.     For this you need
    1.5 pound ground beef 93% lean
    5 large or medium tomatoes
    2 large size onion
    2 bunches parsley
    4 cloves of garlic
    1 green bell pepper
    1 red bell pepper
    2 tablespoons tomato paste
    2 tablespoon pepper paste
    2 tablespoons salt
    1 tablespoons black pepper
    1 teaspoon paprika
    1 teaspoon chili powder
    1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
    2 teaspoons olive oil
    for the dough you need
    6 cups all purpose flour ( make sure you have extra flour to roll the dough)
    1 teaspoon salt
    1 teaspoon sugar
    1/2 a teaspoon yeast
    3 cups warm water
