Also if I had a nickel for everytime Lucas played a character that has a fear of heights I'd have 2 nickels which isn't much but it's weird that it happened twice.
Been watching since the steve saga days (when the rainbow town was still around) and the jump in quality from series to series has been amazing to watch. Just throwing out a theory that doesn't really have much evidence, There is a mysterious third party that killed King Eldric and made the officials at the kingdom of Hamatria 'disappear' but they got more put together, I.E. not letting a survivor escape. Using the poster drop we got today we can infer that there will be another side to it, using different characters we haven't met yet and most likely a different background then the kingdom of Cozen. Finally name the one everyone is thinking, Alux is connected to the Angel of Darkness, Alux will most likely have a sort of 'Flip-out' maybe at Pedro, for what happened at the end of today's episode, or James sacrifices himself for Alux as his promise to King Eldric and Alux breaks as not only is it James sacrificing himself, it was also his fathers last act before he died. Those are all just my ideas and there isn't really much evidence to support anything here.

I absolutely ADORE the fact that after watching exactly one (1) episode of Alux Rising I literally was so excited that I physically couldn't sit still long enough to watch the next ep, and the emotional high that followed was legit so strong I stayed up til midnight just thinking about this episode and everything you've created. My god, it's simply beautiful. I decided to come watch this ep and ep 3 since I hadn't watched them yet, as a reward for finishing my first semester of college. I genuinely wasn't sure if I'd actually feel any sense of excitement, since college's been really exhausting. But as soon as this episode finished, I felt so...me. My true self. It's..very comforting to know that no matter what, your works will _always_ be home, and even if I have to spend a few months without a moment like this, my inspiration and love won't ever change. It's lovely, to see how much you've changed over time, as have I, and yet, no different as when I first discovered your channel. I love being able to notice how much you've improved and grown as both a person and as a creator. I noticed how you've become better and better at giving the narrative _meaning,_ given every action a reason and a power over the story. I mean, many people have related the legend of the Angel of Darkness to Void and others, and I can see it - but this is _so much more._ I love that with each story, we can see the lessons you've learned from them, and reincorporated amazing aspects of those old stories into this new era. Like in this episode, it's betrayal - a twist in intention, a twist in trust. You did it before - with Twisted Sabre, Seer, RQ Shadow Sabre/Rainbow, Diamond/Emerald and the Guardian/Alex during the Reality Saga, all the way back to Steve Saga Rainbow/Plague/Dark (hiding as Elder Blue). Not to say none of these stories didn't devastate us, they very much did - but each one has had a bigger impact than the last, because of how much you've learned and improved! It's wonderful to see you still going, even though the algorithm hasn't favored you for awhile. So many others that I used to enjoy a lot 5 years ago have completely changed, sometimes for the better, but most aren't even recognizable nowadays - they've all lost their spark in creating for the sake of telling a story, for the sake of creating something _good._ But not you. You might not have always been certain of what your real goal or purpose was, but I could always see that you cared about what you make and all of us, who've stuck around or just finding you. In a world that's constantly changing, it's comforting to see there's still someone out there that's still around, doing good. Even with how much has changed, and the things that are gone now, I'm grateful that at the core of it all, you're still just as inspiring as you were 5 years ago. from the beginning of the episode pedro was acting weird and manipulative and was trying to manipulate alux to get out of the castle that's why i think a lot of people might have felt that pedro would just backstab alux at the end but still the way it was executed and the story was really good keep up the good work sabre and the team 👍
I watched enough anime to know what would happen after watching half the episode when he said I’ll help you escape I immediately knew and he was so concerned with him becoming King
The quality of the shots and visuals are great and I can feel the emotions through the screen. If I had to nick pick the Petro thing could have had more build up and we could have had more hints to him being the traitor. But that’s just me. Great video 😊.

from the beginning of the episode pedro was acting weird and manipulative and was trying to manipulate alux to get out of the castle that's why i think a lot of people might have felt that pedro would just backstab alux at the end but still the way it was executed and the story was really good keep up the good work sabre and the team 👍
