thats a pretty blue ink! good choice! Welcome to "pentube"! XD if it were me, i wouldn't just leave the pen flush in the nib, i would probably flush it out with water using a bulb.

As a recently retired teacher and mother of an 18-year-old and 20-year-old, I am impressed with your ability to express yourself without the constant use of "like," "um," and similar phrases. You must have done a lot of research into making videos because your video doesn't have a "newbie" quality to it. So, long story short: Welcome to RUclips! You're doing a fantastic job, and I'm going to subscribe to follow the journey.

The Sport is an iconic pen although I dont use mine anymore. I think you should just be yourself and let the channel and your style develop. The pen people will come.

'Less that five dollars of scrap metal. Very funny but the Venus de Milo would also be just a couple of dollars of crushed stone.

UK-based viewer here - born in England, moved to US when 2yrs old, returned aged 9 and had my American accent literally beaten out of me by "friends" at school! That was a while ago now. Been into fountain pens for over ten years and use little else if I have the choice (no good for carbon copies, for example). A Kaweco Brass Sport is my daily user and it lives in my pocket, but I have 14 others that I also use in rotation. Must admit that it is the first time I have heard an American pronounce it "Kaveko" rather than the incorrect "Kaweco"! 🙂👍
