"Ping!" Best sound EVER!
Gotta love the ping
Great advise at the end, please stock up. The more we teach, the less zombies we will have to deal with after the bad happens.
Unfortunately everyone just thinks all is well and they can just go get what they need. I try not to be crazy pushy, but people need to wake up. Stay safe, and thank you so much for watching.

I tried talking to my sisters abo
ut stocking up, one told me that if the grocery store didn't have what she wanted they would just go out to eat.
I ask her where and how would restaurants find food if grocery stores couldn't.
I got that deer in the head lights look.
After a few seconds she replied, "guess you'll have to share."
I told her not to hold her breath because I was struggling to put up enough for my self. I know it's tough love but better than starving.
I've always been frugal but have taken it up a couple of notches.
Not being able to garden the last few years has made it difficult, but with 15 or so large grocery stores within 20 miles sales, especially BOGO are a true blessing.
PS this sister isn't blonde but sure acts the part.
This is the way I do my beans too. Perfect for making refried beans.
You did guud on explaining what and how. Iv been psi caning for 35 yrs. Best life skill iv learned in my life.
Dear Lad hello. Oh my Mum, Grandmum , and my great grandmum . Canned beans. Greg Love my great Grandmum put a pc of salt pork or a pc of ham in each quart jar as well as the pint jars. As the beans sit the flavor mixes beautifully with the salt pork and or the ham. And we did not use your type of canner. We water bathed everything and no one died. Now I know the rules are different now and we must follow modern ways. But that how we all did our beans. Thank you so much Lad for helping me to remember. I had forgotten abt canning beans. Just wonderful. Thank you for going through the whole process. You have encouraged my visiting nurse Kelley to start canning. Could you please do more educational films on canning for Kelley and youngsters who want to start canning. This is very important for the days we live in. God Bless you Lad.👵🙏
Ann, I will definately work on more canning videos. I enjoy so much hearing from you. I did receive your recipe and will be doing it soon and sharing it as well on RUclips. God Bless and have a wonderful day.
@@gregscumberlachiakitchen you too Love. God Bless you. 👵 🙏
The dinging of the lids is the sound of success. I love hearing them 😁
My favorite sound
I love beans pressure canned, they make a quick meal or easy to add to a recipe. Thanks for sharing Greg, have a blessed evening!
Yes they do, it is so easy to use canned ones when your in a hurry or not. You have a wonderful rest of your week.
Great share, I enjoyed watching this so much, thanks for sharing, and posts more lovely videos best wishes,Akshata.stay in touch
Thanks Greg! I can something about every two weeks. I save beans in clean pop bottles with an O2 absorber for long term but I can beans for short term
I need to buy some 02 absorbers and start doing that too
@@gregscumberlachiakitchen My wife takes a Pure Leaf tea with her for lunch. Nice square bottle (1 lb beans). She has occasionally a Sparkling ICE (1lb rice). 1 O2 in each and done
@@joeyhardin1288 well, now I'll be saving my water bottles too...lol...Thanks for the tip
@@leeshayne7411 Any bottle will work... as long as it has a seal in the lid. My mom drinks coke and I had a few of those. The O2 absorber will crush in the sides, you know you have a good seal on them. Blessings
Awesome video ❤️ really love it. Thanks for sharing friend 👍 please stay connected & stay safe 😀😀
Thanks for visiting
Always enjoy your vids 🙂
Thank you so much Trish
Looks great. Nice tips! -S
I never canned kidney beans. Great tutorial and tips👍
Thanks for watching
Great video! Great advice! Thanks for sharing ❤
Glad it was helpful!
Thanks for the video. Every other video I watched the person cooked the beans first. I like your method. Those would be so good with cracklin cornbread or you fried green tomato and onion fritters, which btw were a hit with me, my niece and granddaughter. After about a week of trying them for the first time they started having cravings for them. They are so good. Tfs and God bless.
thank you so much Bertie
Loved this video, thank you!
You are so welcome!
More canning please.
I’m wanting to do beans soon. 😀
Go for it, as you can see, it is very easy to do.
Great video Greg 👍... Have you ever canned boneless country pork ribs? If so how did you season yours and did you par broil or raw pack? Everyone stay safe and God Bless you and your family from middle GA 🙏 Kendra
I haven't done the country ribs, but I did chunks of pork shoulder which is kinda like baby country ribs...same piece of meat, but I didn't season them with anything other than salt/pepper/garlic powder. I raw packed them. But I think I will do a video on doing the country ribs and share. Thanks for the question and always watching Kendra. Have a blessed day.
@@gregscumberlachiakitchen Thank You Greg 💯💯
Have been having trouble finding kidney beans here they are actually our favorite all-round beans need to get some more canned up. It is mostly a convenience to me but yes they would definitely be nice to have even just in a power outage. Most other beans seem to be plentiful not so much the kidneys no clue why
Order online through Camilla . Their beans are superior.
@@RiceaRoni354 thank you very much I think it's an area problem or a store problem but I appreciate Camila to know where to get them from I have canned up some other beans but they are not the preferred ones in this house you know what I mean. God bless you for your Swift answer
I found mine at Walmart.
Do you have any Indian food stores? Where I live, in Derby, England there are loads, but I find the best are the larger, supermarket type oned as they have bigger bags,
They are cooked when opened?
yes, you just reheat in whatever dish you are making
Thats the same way I can my beans
It is the only way in my kitchen...so easy, thanks for watching Jenny
